The nachos tasted really good to me. It had pico, refried beans, cheese, jalapenos, sour cream, and chips. With ranch ordered on the side.
The All-American Burger was big and fulfilling. The potatoes were hot in temperature.
This order wasn’t anything to hoop or holler about.
The server was on time with bringing refills and not being too intrusive.
The environment was subtle and the floors were spotless.
I will go back to try more things on the menu like these shrimp pasta dish, salad, soup of the day, and cold cut sandwich.
The potato soup was exactly what I wanted on this rainy day! One of the best I’ve had. Side salad was a huge portion and Had more than just lettuce.
After a week of hospital cafeteria food, I ventured out. And Rafferty’s, you have a new customer! Thank you!
We then met our waitress, Isabel, who was nothing but smiles and positivity. She was extremely patient with our kids (who tend to be very specific about what they want ). The ambiance was great—very nice and formal, yet still relaxed and welcoming.
Our appetizers came out quickly and well before our food, which arrived hot and perfectly timed. Isabel was very attentive to our drinks and needs without ever being intrusive. The food was amazing—you can truly tell the cooks love what they do and put their heart and soul into it.
When I was getting ready to tip Isabel, I asked if she could share part of it with a very kind gentleman who had also provided great service and checked on us. She laughed and said, “Oh, that’s Tony—he’s the owner!” Needless to say, I was impressed by how humble and kind-hearted he was to my family and I.
This was one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in Jackson, TN since relocating from Texas. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you to Tony, Isabel, and the entire staff for making this place what it is—keep up the great work!
I’m definitely glad we came here. We’ll look to see if there is one closer to our home. I highly recommend this place.
I had as an appetizer croissants with some honey and pecans. I would have preferred that they had been warm and a little bit more honey but they’re good. The waitress was excellent in the atmosphere is fantastic well maintained place.
1st they couldn’t serve me what I wanted/ordered, then served my family while waiting for what I ordered the 2nd round only to be brought out wrong.
Never asked if they could fix it, just wanted away.
We gave our credit to pay and after 15 mins, I had to go searching for the server and my card only to be told the manager lost my card and they were looking for it,
The female manager came to our table, after my request. Very loud and obnoxious.
After explaining what I was told by her server/employee she said I didn’t loose your card, I again explained I got the information from her server, her reply oh well sorry…. you got your card now, correct?
This person is very unprofessional, and acted as we did something wrong by smirking and saying well I hope you have a good day.
As we were leaving, we could hear her speaking very loudly as we were halfway across the room the people at the bar actually were stopping and staring in that direction. Not sure if she was correcting her employees or mocking the customer but it was completely uncalled for.
