I’m not a fan of the atmosphere here because it’s always very loud, but I do love the place. Always very clean, the staff is always very polite and thoughtful. Sadly, this last time I went to raffertys the experience was pretty mid I’d say. My asparagus were old, my pork chops were overcooked and dry, and there was a misunderstanding because my boyfriend asked for a fish but the waitress didn’t mentioned it wasn’t fish, it was just the fillet. Anyways, we enjoyed our time because it’s always about the company lol, I’ll still visit raffertys in the future tho, we still love their steaks.

First time here. Walked in, I looked at menu. One host sitting down said “Hi,” but never seated me. Then, as I looked at the menu longer, two other hostesses were at desk and just looked at me uninvitededly and I had to say “Umm…can I get a seat?” I said “yes, thank you.” Once I was seated my waitress “Sherry” came over to my table immediately and ask me what I’d like to drink/order. I placed my order chicken finger salad and only water (no alcohol drink at this time). Salad came out 10 minutes later. It was huge size and tasty. Rafferty’s reminds me of Chili’s or Applebees. Will go again, but not in a hurry. Clean restroom, clean table settings, respectful patrons. I only spent 17.00 plus tip. Reasonably priced items on menu. Free parking in restaurant space.

This is an excellent restaurant and bar , period. I’ve been eating here since it opened. It’s a favorite lunch place with one of my adult children. The location, atmosphere, food, service, cleanliness and value pricing are perfect. The kitchen staff are very skilled and your food will come out cooked perfectly and hot! Today I chose the Catch of the Day, Redfish and wow, it was delicious grilled! I typically order ribs, club sandwich or soup and salad. It is normal to have the General Manager come by to ask how everything is and he did today, I unfortunately failed to get his name. I’ve only been to one other Rafferty’s and this 100 Oaks is my favorite.

Stopped here for lunch while working in town. The parking lot was completely full, but we were seated immediately, which was impressive. The staff was friendly and the service started off well.
Unfortunately, the food was a big disappointment. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and it was extremely underwhelming. The lettuce was watery and had almost no flavor, and the chicken had a strange fishy aftertaste. It honestly felt like something I could have made better at home.
The atmosphere didn’t help much either. Being right off I-40, the place was very loud and the constant ringing of the service bell made it feel chaotic.
The waitress was kind, but with how busy it was she didn’t get a chance to check back much after the food came out. If you just need a quick seat off the highway, it works. If you’re looking for quality food, I would probably go somewhere else next time.

Our server Tomi took great care of us last evening. I had an IPA, salad, 10 ounce sirloin, and fries. Delicious salad and sirloin. Fries were very saturated with cooking oil. I did not eat most of them because they were too greasy. Server comped us some mashed potatoes to make up for it. My wife had chicken strips and really loved them. If fries were better this would have been an easy 5 star visit.

For a chain restaurant it was really good. The nachos are very filling with plenty of toppings. The alfredo sauce on the shrimp Alfredo was rich and creamy. The fish of the day was redfish. It was very good! The service was great. We would definitely go back.

I ordered the ribeye. The side salad was BIG! The baked potato was over cooked, for someone that eats the skin. But the steak was WAY over trimmed. There was ZERO fat cap, so a juicy ribeye basically became a cheap filet. Brick ‘o meat. Not what I ordered.
And who I assume is the manager hangs around doing nothing and the staff flutter around him like little minions.

This is a solid 4. Very clean with friendly service. The food was flavorful and good size portions which provides a good value. These days with rising costs it’s getting harder to find. Worth a visit.

Had a great little meal here. A solid, easy going, reliable American restaurant experience. Their honey drizzled croissants are amazing! It’s in a good location in Nashville near the highway with free parking. There’s shopping and movies right there so good spot to go for a complete experience.
