Not only was the food quick and good the customer service was beyond great. She gave us a coloring book and crayons to keep my daughter entertained. Plus he asked if I wanted the pizza slice cut smaller and not such a hot temp for her! We’re definitely coming back I appreciate the small gestures it makes a big difference especially when you have kids

The calzone was delicious two or three different kinds of cheeses one of which is mozzarella the Cornerstone of pizza topping the calzone is cheese only anything on top of that it’s extra I got pepperoni and sausage a classic combo can’t go wrong with it comes with the side of marinara I think out the door was like $16.09 so not bad at all. The dining area is pretty basic few tables chairs playing sports on TV app usual, environment for a pizza pizzeria. The clerk at the register was very polite very professional took my order I got my food and timely manner before I had to be at work.

This place has some solid potential, but today’s visit just left me feeling meh. It wasn’t the worst yet definitely not the best. The location is on the smaller side, but holds a decent size bar with beer on tap, a pool table and some high and low top tables. We came in around noon to a completely empty restaurant. A server came out and greeted us soon after but she seemed less than thrilled to be there or help us..you choose which. We quickly looked over the menu and chose a slice and salad and a deep dish slice and six wings. Both came with drinks. Prices are decent. I was instantly bummed when my salad came out. It was iceberg lettuce in a paper bowl with a few think cucumber pieces and tiny bit of tomato. Boring. Best part of it was the ranch. My slice was ok crispy crust but soon soggy. Flavor was decent. My husband said wings were good and not over sauced. Deep dish so so. A gentleman I’m guessing the owner had brought out our food and was friendly and thanked us for coming in. Definitely more friendly than the girl who originally helped us. All in all I don’t think we’d be back, but glad we tried it.

Pizza is good, wings are ok & their customer service unfortunately has gone downhill since I started coming here over 4 years ago.
My wife called in a order @ 4:28 so I could pick it up on my way home from work. They tell her it would be 20 mins, I come to pick it up @ 4:42 & they tell me it’s going to be 20 mins….. finally got my order @ 5:10
Got home, wings are hot, not the HONEY hot we ordered.
$50 For a 1 topping xl pizza and 12 wings is nuts too.
I’ll be taking my buisness elsewhere….

Casual, yet clean and comfortable environment. We had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches. The bread was wonderful and the meat was plentiful. So good.

Raffaele’s Pizza is the real deal and hands down the best in town! The owner and staff are amazing — they truly take care of their customers. The pizza and wings are by far the best I’ve had in Phoenix/Glendale. Every bite is full of flavor, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone craving great pizza and wings!

Ahhhhhhmazing service, food, cold ass beer. The vibe is great from walking in to walking out and they have a pool table. Great for fight nights, game days and pay days! Highly recommend!
