Food is always great, everything I go I try something good. Mom tried lasagna it tasted great big portions took half home. Had a yummy pizza like a meat lovers with peppers, onions and mushrooms. Was great, loved leftovers. Great music on Tuesday.

I would also like to clearly state the following: as a place where I have been a regular customer for 7–8 years, I congratulate you. This is the first time in my life that I have given one star to a restaurant — because you pushed me to that point entirely.

Family has been ordering from this locations and others for years. We have Always had no problem with the food , which upsets me now to do this. The prices have gone up which is fine if the quality of the food matched it . Recent order was just kinda blah and could tell was made and tasted differently and looked worse I would say . Normally I wouldn’t t do this but others I have talked with is saying the same . Maybe random chance on orders ?

Only order the pizza. I have eaten here a few times and the pizza is pretty good and the price isn’t terrible as long as you get the 2 for 1. I got an order of garlic knots today and they were inedible I ended up throwing them away. I would have called in for a refund but I didn’t want to hassle the nice young girl working there.
A garlic knot shouldn’t be completely dry and hard as a board. It was as if someone just threw in some left over crusts in a box. The marinara that came with the knots seemed old because it was extremely sour.

So we stopped in for a late lunch. Me and my daughter order spaghetti. The lady brings the food to the table and spills my spaghetti so I just chop off the part that hits the table she did say sorry but never offered to bring me a different plate of spaghetti that’s why I chopped the noodles off that had got on the table. Not to mention this was the driest spaghetti ever! So I asked her for some extra spaghetti sauce at which she was going to charge me.. nope. You keep that sauce. Look over and ask down the wall is a trail of ANTS! I do not recommend going to Raphaels in soddy but I will visit the hixson store only from now on!

This place sucks. I’ve tried ordering from them several times now. They don’t answer their phone, and the time I went inside to try and order I stood there for 15 mins as the one person at the register took phone orders and never acknowledged my existence. No wonder why they do poorly. Poor excuse for an “Italian restaurant”.

I ordered a small house special with extra cheese and spaghetti. The pizza only had cheese and was almost burnt. The spaghetti had more noodles and what little sauce it had was awful. I called to get a refund and the girl did not know how to give a refund. After working 12.5 hours my food ended up in the garbage.

very disappointed. i have ordered cheese ravioli many times at this place. (the last time i got salad dressing but no salad and i didn’t even mention it) i understand things can get busy. anyway,
i never eat meat in ravioli. it was delivered with meat ravioli AND meat sauce. i called and the girl who answered took responsibility said she understood where the mistake was made. she said to come by soon and they would replace it. when i called back to order my replacement she said the manager said “ it wasn’t specified on the receipt, there would be no replacement” i paid $40 and even tipped the driver cash on to of the tip thru doordash even tho it’s only 3 miles away and i had a tiny piece of $7 stale cake for dinner that night.

So I ordered 2 pizzas. Large pepperoni and large cheese. The box and half of the pepperoni pizza was soaked with grease. I mean like it was dunked in a bucket of grease.
It was dripping wet. Now I was told that i could bring them back and get my money returned, but honestly I was tired and it was late and kids were hungry. So we made due. I just know I’ll never order here again.
