Terrible customer service. Made my drive through order incorrectly and did not provide a receipt. Charged an additional fee to correct it, of course I declined. Asked to speak to a manager, they refused, “stating he was too busy cutting meat”. Made a drive all the way back for nothing. 0/10 would never recommend.

As a southerner, I had higher expectations for this place. I’m not sure if it was a cultural difference or a lack of culinary knowledge, but the meat was severely overcooked—tough and dry. The baked beans clearly came from a can and lacked flavor, to say the least. The overall ambiance was very basic and bland, especially for a game day; I expected more from such a large establishment.
My ratings reflect more pity than satisfaction—definitely not based on the food or customer service. Would I consider visiting again? It’s possible, but only if I had enough alcohol to convince me to return or if I was craving barbecue with no other options available.
My suggestion would be to focus on improving the food. Avoid using frozen ingredients, and if you do, at least learn how to season them properly instead of relying solely on sauce. The only item that was actually flavorful and well-seasoned was the coleslaw.

While the food is delicious, the service is slow. It has a great casual atmosphere, family friendly sit down. Excellent staff and great customer service skills.

I’ve been going to this place for a while like 2 years, first time ordering the Chowdown bake potato with ribs, aw man It was delicious, I usually order the ribs sandwich or the 3 meat plate. First time coming here. I really liked the seasoned ribs and the brisket was good. Was not a fan of the sausage and the sides were okay. The wings are decent but big. 4 starts because nice relaxed place, good food, big portions and great prices!
