We got the Friday Family Rib Dinner. A rack of ribs with two sides, we chose baked beans and Mac n cheese. We also got the cornbread casserole added on. The ribs were falling off the bone delicious. The beans were my favorite, flavor was on point with that nice thick consistency not runny and watery like can beans. Mac n cheese was delicious, homemade goodness and the cornbread was good, not overly sweet. The pit master and assistant were friendly and you can tell the pride they take in their food. It was a beautiful day to sit under the covered tent and eat some delicious BBQ. Highly recommend.

I ordered the meat sampler with two extra ribs, plus sides of collard greens and macaroni and cheese, and it was a feast from start to finish. The macaroni and cheese had great flavor and a creamy texture, though the noodles were a bit softer than my personal preference — I tend to like mine a little more firm. I saw a video on TikTok that lead me to this place. The guys are very professional and I respect that above all. I order a little bit of everything to get a feel for their skills. The brisket was tender to the cut by way of the fork but not so much on the chew. The ribs were maybe not the freshest pr maybe I just got a few bones not as tender. They definitely didn’t come close to falling off the bone. The sausage, peach cobbler, and beans were good. It’s not bad by any means but from the hype maybe I was expecting more. I will go back in a few weeks to see if my opinion changes.

I ordered great Northern beans but got baked beans instead aside from that everything was amazing as always! The meat is smoked, not boiled. They have the best brisket hands down & the ribs are perfection. I got there too late to get the oxtails but those are great as well. if you get a chance to try the Great Northern beans you will not be disappointed.

As first-time patrons of Rack City Ribz, we walked in planning to grab ribs for an event (excellent choice, by the way!) but ended up falling in love with their beef brisket. We ordered the 5 lb brisket pan, and it unintentionally became the star of our family/friend-giving. Everyone raved about how delicious, tender, and downright irresistible it was. Our guest were even hoping we had some secretly stashed in the back lol.
Huge thanks to the team for taking such great care of us, especially with our last-minute order. They still delivered top-tier service and came through promptly with A1 customer care. Highly recommended!

Can’t say I have had better taste BBQ since moving to Florida! The beef brisket dinner was amazing. Brisket was tending, falling off the fork and full of amazing Smoke flavor. Will definitely drive across the bay for this again!
