I usually love Rachelʻs Kitchen. But today the food was hardly edible. I ordered the 440 chicken samdwich. The chicken was so thin and overcooked (crispy black) that I had to throw it out when I got home. There was more roasted pepper on the samdwich than chicken. The guy at the counter never said one word to me. He could have at least smiled. The green juice that I ordered was ok. Not at all like the green juice I have had at other locatiions. I am disappointed that I wasted $23 and worst of all I drove iut of my way to di it.

We have been dining at this Rachael’s since it opened. We have been so happy with the variety of good clean food. Everything we tried has been delicious. We have seen lots of staff come and go but they were always friendly and served us well. We recently went into the restaurant and was greeted by the new Manager Nickki and she is so terrific, outgoing, very welcoming has a positive outlook. It’s a pleasure coming into the restaurant. The counter staff are great also. We were their last night, and Albert was terrific and took our order. The chef always prepares everything perfectly. The presentation of the food is great. My brother who comes from back east loves to dine there. He loves the food also. We are really grateful for you all.

The staff is so poorly trained, I’m currently sitting in the dining room watching them like chickens with their heads cut off…. As I’m typing this they brought us the wrong drinks lol
The guy at the register didn’t ring up our food only our drinks, there is 6-8 meals visible in the window that haven’t been served, the manager lady is sending out food wrong over and over and laughing about it, 2 Uber Eats/doordash drivers continually asking when the food is ready (one was supposed to be delivered by 12:30 and it’s 20 min late, it’s a grilled chicken Caesar they’re loudly arguing over where it is now)
I’ve gotten Uber eats from here in the past and the food was solid but this is beyond acceptable, you need to fire this manager and retrain all the staff immediately

We should have read the reviews before coming in. We decided to sit in the patio area…filthy. The food was delicious. We absolutely love the food from Rachel’s Kitchen but this left a bad taste in our mouths.

Sad! I ordered French toast and they literally took like sourdough bread loaf and cut it in a big chunk and put it in the pan apparently. It is not like a real French toast and it really did not taste good whatsoever. The waiter didn’t bring any syrup and he didn’t bring any butter. I had to go wait for someone to come back out of the kitchen to get some butter and by that time it was cold. Coffee machine was empty, there was no Coke left in the Coke machine. They are obviously understaffed or something. The floor was dirty, and the tables were not cleaned. The general quality of food and staffing has gone way down hill.

The Staff was Fantastic, the food was good. What could have been better, in my opinion is to have started setting up the group tables and chairs sooner, so that only item remaining was the food and coffee. Also, no water was offered, nor provided.
This may, or could have been the decision of the group representative.
The tape used to secure the plastic table cloth should have been designed to stick to the underside of the Tables. Tape such as Gorilla
and/or Duct Tape would have been ideal to use. The Scotch type tape is designed to be used on Paper. However, any Tape is better than No Tape at all.
The Tape Dispenser of this Restaurant was caked of layers of Food. Horrible to touch!

You order at the register and then sit down to be delivered food if you’re dining in. Fountain drinks are self serve. No waiter services, but tip is still asked for when paying. High prices for basic food. Nothing special. Kids meal chicken tenders were over cooked and my kids wouldn’t eat them. Not much dressing in my Caesar wrap, little flavor. It won’t be on my list of places to go to again.

Ordering ahead is easiest unless you’re eating inside. They have one of the most comprehensive AI over the phone ordering experiences I’ve had. My food is always hot and fresh. The chicken pesto pasta is my family’s favorite.
