Went to Rachel’s for the first time on Sunday, arrived at 10:30. A sign said to seat yourself, which we did. 10 minutes went by and we received no acknowledgement from anyone on the wait staff. My husband went up and asked for a waitress and he was told she would be with us when she could. A few more minutes went by and she came over and asked, rather rudely, “Have you been sitting here awhile (insert snotty voice)?” I replied 10 minutes, to which she replied I’ll get to you when I can. Really??? My husband and I immediately got up and left. I would like to point out that the restaurant was not crowded at this time. There were plenty of open tables.

Nice local place. Regulars all each know the other, very friendly. Food quick and delicious. They take cards including chip. Waitress friendly and quick. Recommended for breakfast, will try lunch next time. Bring groups plenty of large tables and space.
