We went here for dinner on a Friday night. It was about 80% full and a band was performing. Great food. We had Spotted Cow beer. I had a cheese burger and fries.
The Owner spent time with us, which was great. He has events scheduled out until July. They are expanding the back outside area.

Well worth the detour. We met Rachel and Ray at the 2024 EAA Airventure in Oshkosh, WI. I liked his shirt advertising their place. As it was only about 20 min out of the way from Oshkosh to the Iowa I80 truck stop so we made the detour. The drive is great Wisconsin country side. It is in a great small town. The food and atmosphere were great. They even had a live band. Both Rachel and Ray were very hospitable. This is definitely a locals spot, who were also very friendly. If I’m ever able to make it back up to that part of Wisconsin I will definitely be stopping in again.

The husband wife combo run business does a great job,Rachel does a great job in the kitchen keeping it clean while keeping up with all the food orders which can be hectic, but she takes it all in stride with a smooth outcome. I believe it’s the best bar in blanchandville.

Tasty and concise tavern menu. Nice Extras on there like crab Rangoon and egg rolls. Good BLT, available with double bacon and cheese. A quarter a box for take out orders but ready fast. Eat in house and no extra charge for orders, and always hospitable. Pool tables, juke box, and almost weekly live music acts
