Amanda is the best waitress I have ever seen!! She remembered every single order for everyone without writing one single word down!! Gave us great suggestions and was absolutely amazing!! Just the sweetest thing! We stopped on our way out of Savannah and I wished we’d come earlier so I could go again!! The cook/ manager was equally amazing and the food…. Delicious!! We played pool with the kids and they are autistic and they even loved this place!! We had a blast here and I highly recommend it for families, couples and even if you’re just out alone. We met some of the regulars at the bar and they were also amazing. The whole atmosphere was laid back and casual with upscale quality food and service!!! Get the wings, the burger, or quesadilla… You can’t go wrong!!! Thank me later!!

The establishment is delightful,
Rachael is a truly exceptional person.
I appreciate having had the opportunity to speak with the owner, she made me feel incredibly welcome, like a best friend house.

This is an honest review. I really wanted to like this place but….. the complaints about not the best service are real. I was not meet by a hostess or anyone else for that matter. I came in and had to sit for too long, walkout, and eventually back in to get the bartenders attention. Her girls were there and from the moment I came in I knew they were her priority. The food was decent but I left questioning if everything was prepackaged from the chicken to the veggies. The draft beer is way too expensive. $9 for a draft beer is absurd!!! Nowhere in the US should two beer and nachos cost 40 bucks!!!!!!!! Even worse than all this is the placement of the TVs. Doesn’t matter where you sit all of the TVs are somehow behind you. Not quite sure how you can lay out a sports bar that doesn’t have anything more than 1 of the 20+ TVs visible. They are either tucked in an odd corner or blocked entirely by a huge over the bar wood monstrosity. My recommendation for Rachel’s is to keep driving unless you live within walking distance. It has potential but falls short in every area.

First time, but I will be back! I only hopped in for a quick shot of Jaeger, and found one of my new favorite bartenders. Love (the bartender) is phenomenal — quick with a shot, quick with a check, and quick with good vibes. From the perspective of a pub owner, she brought the exact energy I want immediately. She serves each customer with enthusiasm and charisma. Excellent service from the host stand to the bar, highly recommend.

Went to give them another try after a year, nothing changed for 20 wings super small no sauce at all. I also got a chicken finger w fries. $54 dollars. Total rip off , no wonder why the parking lot is always empty. Do better Rachel

Quickly sat at bar and shared me and my gal are local servers. Ordered an app that took 15? The bar tender spent 100% of her time with 5 friends at the bar. We witnessed her doing 4+ shots in an hour. Never asked us if we needed anything otherwise, I’ll be back.

We really liked it here. It’s way bigger than what it looks like from the outside. The food was great and I was so happy to get Mac and cheese that wasn’t Kraft or velveeta. Tons of tvs! The bartender (Jazzy? Maybe?) was super sweet and service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Friendly atmosphere & positive vibe fail to make up for mediocre pizza. Admittedly, expecting “good pizza” from a bar on the DEEP South Side of Savannah may be a bit of a stretch, but the menu claimed it was “award winning” & I was feeling frisky.
Again, I don’t really know what I was expecting & was initially impressed with the presentation. The cheese & ingredients looked melted together similar to the way I did the first time I watched Avatar in an IMAX & the green from the Pesto was a “fun” twist.
The first bite was LOADED with flavor & deserves high marks…but it was floppy. Flaccid may be a better word. While I certainly didn’t need four hours of firmness, even a modest amount would have been appreciated.
The crust was crispy but I couldn’t bring myself to finish more than a slice & a half. It was SO greasy. I plan to toss the remainder in the skillet for lunch tomorrow.
May have been better with a buzz, but sober it was only noteworthy for its appearance. Kind of like my Ex.

This is a real shame. I usually love Rachel’s but when my husband just came home with a $20 dollar burger and this was the amount of fries I got… well I was pretty let down. Especially because my husband called and asked if he could drive back over to get more since I was shorted. The managers explanation was that the fries were preportioned and that the fries were “just big.” I’m sorry but I’ve had fries at Rachel’s many a time and never felt like I got short handed until now. I wouldn’t normally mind if it was some cheap burger but it was 20 freaking dollars.

Food was normal pub food, ordered mashed potatoes and asked if we could have brown gravy on the side, waitress didn’t say yes for an extra $8! Customers need to be informed that it is extra!
