Ra Kang Thai Restaurant in Long Beach always nails the dine in and our takeout tonight. Drunken noodles packed serious spicy heat, pad see ew delivered chewy perfection, and the wings? Crispy, addictive bliss. Curry puffs stole the show-flaky, flavorful, gone too fast. Highly recommend!

I ordered the duck noodle soup and I was blown away. The fact that I was starving may had a little bit to do with that, but it really was so tasty! I ate here about a week ago and I still keep reminiscing on how much I enjoyed that soup. The broth was so flavorful and the duck was perfect in my opinion; crispy yet tender. My friends enjoyed their meals as well: pineapple fried rice, chicken pad see ew, steamed veggie dumplings, and beef pad Thai. We were also obsessed with the chili sauce, poured it over all our dishes. Ambiance was chill, casual, but with some decor. Staff was kind. I’d come back if in the area! Parking is difficult but that’s expected on a Friday night. Order the duck noodle soup !!!!!!!!!

Delicious Thai food that deserves some more attention! There’s a lot of restaurants in the area but Ra-Kang should be up there as one of the more delicious spots. The food is tasty and the portion sizes are great. I will say the food is very oyster or fish sauce heavy but that’s the only thing. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

I recently ordered takeout from here and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When I peeked into the kitchen, I was shocked to see the food prep lady having her dinner right on the prep area without any gloves. That alone was enough to put me off.
To make matters worse, the edamame I received was clearly frozen, and I suspect the spring rolls were as well. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of hygiene and quality control. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Not only is the place clean and a very chill vibe.. the staff was wonderful very attentive. The food was amazing . Serving size was good. we had the green curry everything tasted fresh. Dessert was even better ! We tried the coconut sticky rice w. Ice cream it was amazingg!! Deff recommended.

We’ve eaten here several times when visiting friends who live around the corner. By far the best pad Thai I’ve ever had. I order it every time. Service in the restaurant is great and take out is also amazing. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the food and service here. Everything was delicious. Large portions, with fresh and authentic ingredients. The menu is via a QR code on the table. I prefer a regular printed menu, but that’s minor. The waitstaff was helpful. The atmosphere and service was nice. Would definitely recommend it and we would go back for sure. Nice spot for couples and small groups.
