My daughter we went there and I couldnt believe how fast it was and there was even a B-day happening there so we got our family meal deal and 10 wings to go aka 12 wings to go but when we got home my daughter said mom they forgot 2 wings now i told her to call and let them know and my daughter wasnt rude at all she told them I know there was a party happening so the guy puts her on hold now being polite tells the lady that gets on the phone hi I was there earlier and I didnt get all my wings I just wanted you guys to know this she didnt ask for anything to be replaced becuase we live an hour away from there well about 50 minutes so my daughter wasnt asking for her to replace anything but that lady tells her how many my daughter says 2 then she piped up and said well I can replace 2 of them for you without asking why it took my daughter an hour to call youd think she’d say o um can I ask where your located that it took you so long to call us and tell me this because I would have replaced them for you but my daughter says no I just wanted you to know this so it doesn’t happen again or if I or someone else gives you a review thats when the lady literally laughed at my daughter and says yeah okay what ever and hangs up with my daughter now my daughter wont give bad reviews but I on the other hand have no problem doing just that so people be aware to count your wings before leaving there because if you dont you won’t get what you paid for by my experience there and if you try to let them know youll be put on hold and laughed at so just everyone knows this we dont want it happening to anyone else o yeah and the pizzas normally good but this time it was like it was left over from the party or just thrown together sad becuase we love R&R pizza so much

Wow. 1-28-2026 ordered pizza and wings at 6:45. Arrived at my motel 1/2 hr later. The food was so hot had to wait for it to cool to eat. The hot wings are top tier but what really impressed me was the ranch dressing came in a big cup not some tiny little serving. The pizza was fantastic.

Pizza was great! Service was fast and friendly. The only reason for 4/5 is that the Garlic Parmesan wings are a “Wet Sauce” instead of a dry rub which was kinda weird and not mentioned on the menu. Mild Wings were great though.

I got takeout yesterday. I bought two dozen, bone in and boneless. These were boneless. Whoever made them didn’t give me a dozen and they were ridiculously small. The r&r in my town actually has much better wings and pizza. I won’t be returning.

Pizza was Domino’s quality at best. Toppings we ordered were not what we got. Service was sub-par, and the place was pretty dirty.
One person answering phones and checking in/out customers on a Saturday at 6:00 p.m. I stood in line for 5 minutes, then when I got to cashier, I was asked to wait for her to take a phone order.
Green peppers looked dry and freezer burnt. Ordered sausage and ground beef. Which one is which?? Couldn’t tell myself.
Ground in french fries on the floor in front of the salad buffet. Napkins and food on the floor under booths where customers eat. I was talked into R&R over Johnny D’s and regret I didn’t go with my gut.
Whoever runs this place needs some help with customer service, proper cleanliness of the place and how to serve way better food!!
Check my other reviews. I’m not one to complain unless something is way off. This was more than an employee making a mistake. This is dysfunction in a place that feeds people!!

Worst pizza on the mountain. I ordered a vegetable pizza and it was raw dough. No flavor at all and barely any veggies. It was truly disgusting. The cook should be fired. Lady who answered the phone, when I called to complain, ask me what do you mean raw? Apparently she doesn’t understand the meaning of raw! She was also very rude. Eat anywhere else trust me.

Love the atmosphere here. They have some arcade-type games which adds to the fun. The pizza and bread sticks are amazing. (Try the honey mustard chicken pizza with white sauce!)

Before you put a buy one slice get one on a coupon maybe you should put in the fine print that you stop selling slices at 2. Never heard of that before and won’t even waste my time going back. Poor marketing.

We have never eaten at R & R Pizza Express before but we will again! We ordered a Calzone and an Extra Large Pizza online through the website during dinner hours on a Tuesday. The website said ready in 20 minutes and it was ready when we arrived 20 minutes later (and still plenty hot). They paid attention to my special request on my calzone (to be lightly baked if possible) and even let me know at pickup that they followed it.
The calzone was stuffed with a good inch of ingredients and cheese. I didn’t *see* any ricotta (which I know often melts into the mozzarella) so I don’t know if they use ricotta or not. There was no pizza sauce inside but it was plenty moist (maybe because of the tomatoes (which by the way were obviously fresh cut and not canned)). There was no sauce for dipping with it (but that may have been a fluke forgotten item) so if you are a big dipper be sure to check for it. The entire calzone had some garlic parmesan something butter coating and it made the entire crust INCREDIBLE. Plus – for a 4 ingredient calzone for $8.99 how do you complain? I am normally a 2ish slice of pizza person and half the calzone was a good portion.
The pizza was baked with a good golden brown on the outside and the dough was really yummy. There were a lot of toppings (far more than the big chains) and the pineapple was tender. Lots of cheese baked to a beautiful melty covering.
While we did get our food to go in the short time I was inside the business looked very clean and well maintained. What I could see of the kitchen looked clean and organized.
