I purchased an adult buffet and a child buffet for over $18. All that was immediately available was the salad bar, one piece of cheese pizza and the rest of the pizzas (2 or 3 slices) had jalapeños. My 7 year old cannot eat jalapeños, so we waited for more pizza to come out. We waited 20-30 minutes and nothing came out. We needed to get back on the road, so I asked if we could get a partial refund seeing that we were able to eat one piece of pizza and salad between the two of us, but had paid over $18. I was cordial when explaining that we couldn’t stay, but when the employee came back she said her manager refused the refund. I asked if this meant even a partial refund and reminded what we had eaten. She said no refunds. First of all, it’s not fair to the mine workers who were sitting and waiting for food when they needed to get back to work, just as we needed to get back on the road. Second, it’s simply bad business when you offer poor service and do not even entertain a remedy. Thank goodness Safford had an awesome R&R. Morenci, adjust your priorities.

Great value pizza buffet at lunch on weekdays, I believe. Good options with salad, breadsticks, at least one pasta dish, and variety of pizzas that keep coming. Dessert breadsticks are great.

Seems like everytime I order here something in my order or everything in my order is wrong. Ordered honey mustard turkey sandwiches and they didn’t even put the honey mustard. Ordered wings and they were raw. Ordered breadsticks they were burnt. Ordered a pizza and there was barely any sauce or the wrong toppings or I say no this or that and get this and that! This place is a joke and is just not what it used to be.

5 stars for the manager and my Daughters classmates who work there and are very good at their job. the new girl now had a bad attitude and couldn’t even bag up my order on 01012026 when I came in for my calzones and soda I’ll keep eating here no matter what though

I dined in and ordered the baked spaghetti and breadsticks. The food was good and came in a timely manner.
The staff is pleasant and friendly.

Delicious pizza! Dining in…4 stars only because the seating area is a little small and cramped. Hard to get to the salad bar and fountain drinks. Overall it is a very nice place. Super clean, polite and courteous staff.
Update – 7-3-17. Delivery is always such a nice option to have. Ordered delivery and service was pretty fast. Driver had an awesome attitude. Nice kid. Switching 4 stars to 5 stars.

So after some confusion the owner reached out to me and we discussed my issue. All my questions and concerns were answered and he was very professional. This place is going to be doing better as time goes on, with only minor wrinkles to smooth out. Honestly has the best honey mustard sauce around, the employee’s are doing their best and I am proud of each and every one for taking the initiative to provide for their community. Small arcade, cheap prices compared to big name corp. and an owner who is part of the community.

Hit town dirty and tired from the road. Didn’t feel like leaving the Rode Inn to get dinner, so I picked the first thing that the search gave me. Wow, I was pleasantly surprised 40min later their was a tap and the door with hot tasty calzones in hand. The 10$ calzone beat the he’ll our of the $60 flop of an italian meal I had last night .

How sad ordered delivery and when I received my order I tiped the driver 15+ for his troubles I got in my apartment and realized that I only had 1 ranch for my wings and salad…. called the driver right away….hoping he would offer to bring me another one…. but all I got was….not my problem and I don’t care….not in those words….but that’s what it translated to….. I called the restaurant and same thing… even when I explained this service would affect how I tipped in the future and I honestly feel for the management…. try imagining you as the owner/ management and this is the best you can find to Represent your establishment…
