I tried this about a year ago and had a really good burger and fries. Tried it again today, and everything, but the coke was awful.

Start with the ordering. There is a kiosk to order, but it was being used. The lady at the counter just stared at me and never offered to take my order.

Ordering via the kiosk was simple, however, they ask for your name and it said they would call your name when your order is ready. The kiosk also did not provide a receipt.

After waiting for 10-12 minutes, they kept calling order numbers. I eventually told the guy that was filling orders that I wasn’t given a receipt. He asked “what is your order number and I replied “I don’t know” . I told him my name and he says “I have your order right here” (it had been sitting there for a good 8 minutes). He continued to process other orders.

I eventually went to the register,
By this time the worthless female was gone and a male was there. I explained I was not given the receipt and he asked “what is your order number”. After giving him my name he gave me my receipt. I had to tell him that I ordered a Coke and then he went and got my drink.

All in all, it took more than 20 minutes to get my food, which was cold and not tasteful.

I would say avoid this place at all costs.

This was a small shop in Chicago O’hare airport, right outside my gate. I was rushing between flights and happy there was a place nearby to purchase food. My server was Crystal. She was friendly and very patient. (I’m a picky eater) I ordered a Cali Wrap and it came out perfect! It was flavorful and a very good portion size. Since was fly/drive time was 6.5 hours, it had to sustain me. Crystal remained calm since I was very stressed out and could possibly be management material. I would give this place a try!

Its airport food. It’s not cheap. Other than that it was good food. The burger was good and fries were hot and crispy. Grilled chicken sandwich was also very good.

40 dollars for an overcooked burger and small chicken strips, the fries were cold and they got several things wrong with the order. Not to mention the rude worker who kept saying huh

$15 for a pretty bad breakfast sandwich with tots. Bacon is like leather and the tots don’t really have a taste.
I wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering. A donut from Dunkin would have been better.

Wow I’ve never seen a restaurant with this low of rating and I feel like this is accurate. I didn’t check the ratings beforehand so I was excited to try it. I ordered the 3 piece chicken strips with buffalo and ranch sauce on the side. I spent about $11. The food came out fairly quick and when I took a look at my meal, I knew why. I had received three of the tiniest chicken strips, it looked it was made from a baby chick… the amount of fried that I got was disrespectful.. The food tasted mediocre, I liked the buffalo sauce though. The service wasn’t bad but it wasnt great either. I do not recommend. Honestly, by the look of the ratings, they should make adjustments or give the space to a restaurant that will try. Sorry not sorry.

Almost all employees are rude, especially the two pictured. The person on the register blamed the older gentleman for not grabbing his drink. It spilled all over him and the floor and they didn’t clean it up for about 10 minutes. Everyone after me in line was served before my order and never got a receipt. I went up to ask about my order and the guy pictured was extremely rude. I snapped his picture and he tried calling over security for a “white person” taking his photo. Not worth it!!! Will eat anywhere else but here. Ohare should be more careful with their hiring.

The white guy with a rats ponytail ,,, making the food, dropped the towel on the ground and tried whipping the counter off with it, where he was making the sandwiches, regardless his coworker telling him to throw it away.

Also he tried putting a chicken strip on a chicken sandwich. Until I said something.. than he throwing the chicken strip in the garbage. Check your food,

There’s a reason this place has 1.7 stars. I wouldn’t have went if I checked the stars before getting the food.

Pleasantly surprised by the fast service and yummy dog here.

It’s nothing out of the ordinary but the bread and hot dog is decent n not the cheapest n yucky kind. The pickles n relishes are fresh d tasty, combining for a flavorful dog very bite!

It comes with fries for $7.95. 9ne of the cheapest eat in the international departure terminal. Cheap but delish! Awesome way to stay the journey East!
