We ordered the red snapper with beans and hushpuppies, the crab claws, and the blackened shrimp with green beans and hush puppies. All were fantastic and reasonably priced. The bushwacker was also amazing! They are open on Sundays and we just walked in no wait which was really convenient.

1st time visiting the Mobile area, traveled over 3 hours from Columbus Ga. to see the Mardi Gras parade. Google top eateries in the area & this restaurant pop up. I ordered white fish w loaded baked potato & cajun egg for sides, which was good. Hubby ordered Blackened Chicken Alfredo Pasta which was good, but was a little dry, needed more Alfredo sauce. So the nice waiter brought more, which was in a very small cup. We got the bill & it was $5 for that tiny cup. Well this put a sour taste in our mouth. 1st he should have let us know it would be a charge & If i said it was dry, why charge us to make it better. Then on top of that it would cost us an extra $2 to pay by card. Luckily we had enough cash on us. But we still gave a $5 tip on an unexpected charge. Not a welcoming environment. Will not be visiting again, the next time we are in town.

It sort of fits the bill of what you’re asking for if you’re looking at a place like this. Everything is over fried to within an inch of its life but is it good? Yeah it tasted great. Portions are solid for the prices, staff are welcoming and friendly. There’s plenty of seating and parking. No dishes stood out as better than a 7.5, it was all well-cooked, just not great.

A great spot to grab dinner. I have the fried snapper dinner a try and it was perfectly seasoned. The snapper had a lot of flavor and was a good portion size. We also stumbled upon their limited time king cake bread pudding, SO GOOD and I’m not a bread pudding fan. I must say best bread pudding I’ve ever laid my lips on.

Absolutely enjoyed our meal here. Wait was long, but definitely worth it. We had great service from Pam!! We are local and will definitely be back. Crawfish was excellent as were the fried crab claws! The oysters Rockefeller were a hit. Pictured are the Cajun oysters, which were good but the Rockefeller was definitely our favorite!

The food is always great. I had the pasta with fried shrimp. I usually get blackened, but fried is where it’s at. They soak up the Alfredo just right. My wife had the poboy and gumbo. Devine. @wadeblantonmortgage

A must stop if you’re driving through. This place was the best decision I think I’ve ever made!! The food was outstanding and the staff was super friendly. It really felt comfy. The gator bites were out of this world and the crawfish po-boy was superb. Other meals at the table were the grilled snow crab legs and chicken Alfredo pasta. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I wish I lived in AL!!

In every restaurant nearby on a Saturday night, as long as you don’t have a reservation, you may have to wait for more than an hour. I have never been to this place before, so I stumbled into it, but as soon as I came in, the food here was boiled. Or steaming, which can be used to judge whether the food is fresh. There is no overcooking. The shrimps can be fried to be so delicious, like candy. I am most afraid of adding too much flavor, but not. The atmosphere here is also very good. The service is great, you won’t be disappointed, come here.
