This location is amazing! It was our first time at this one and I was excited to try something new! I came with a friend a couple hours before close on a Friday.
The Ramen was absolutely delicious!! The atmosphere was clean and relaxing; the music was nice and i loved the lighting at night. Employees were really nice and made sure we were okay with the kiosk! The only thing that threw me off a bit was the vanilla frozen mochi, because I didn’t expect it to have chocolate drizzle. I’ve never had mochi frozen prior to this experience, and I’m not typically a fan of chocolate, yet despite that, it was really good! I’ll definitely be back the next time I go shopping in liberty!

This location is once again, a fight for survival! This was our first visit to this chain, so no expectations! My biggest question: WHY TIP???? You enter the establishment and start ordering on the kiosks while the employees stand around and attempt to solve a rubik’s cube or play with a deck of cards and visit with one another! Kind of irritating since there was no chance to ask for a help or speak to anybody! We ordered our food then one of the workers, not looking up, yells, “grab a number!” Never a conversation of anything! We sat at a table and served ourselves and a robot brought our food, which was exciting for the kids to interact, but obviously ahs made the employees a bit on the lazy side! The food was ok, not impressed, but the kids enjoyed the experience! As the kids were getting drink refills the “rubik’s player” said , “you put your dirty dishes in the bin!” Wow! A different worker appeared out of the back of the employee are and pushed the dirty dishes cart around and did his job smiling at us a couple times! It was clean, with plenty of open seating. I won’t ever be back,but the kids enjoyed their meal! Parking is full most of the time so you will have to walk around long or short ways! Free parking lot! I wasn’t impressed by the entire experience and severly disappointed by the staff! Good luck!

We love Ramen and this place is pretty good. We have been here probably 8 times. Unfortunately, it’s going downhill. My son (8) and I came tonight and it was $55. That’s fine if it’s good, but every time we come here something is wrong or missed. Tonight was a total fail. My Ramen order had 6 things in it I didn’t want and 2 things I did. On top of that the broth was cold. I always order extra eggs and they refuse to give them. Again I don’t care if they cost more. There was 4 other people in the entire place. Sad to say but I think that’s it for us.

It’s always hit and miss with this place. The Lee’s Summit location is the same. I ordered Poke to go and the avocado in the bowl was dark brown and inedible. Also the mango pieces were essentially sludge and should not have been served. Guess today was an off day. Makes me wonder about the quality of the raw salmon and tuna I’m eating….

Fantastic food and a fantastic atmosphere.
I’ve eaten at the location by Zona Rosa, so I was excited when this came to Liberty. It didn’t disappoint in the least!
My wife and I got some Poke bowls, a BBQ pork bun, Pork Ramen, and the green tea cheesecake.
The Poke bowls were loaded with food and very filling. They had great flavor.
The Tonkotsu Ramen is always FANTASTIC.
The pork bun and green tea cheesecake were both great.
They have a fun little robot bring you your food. The interior is also very clean and has a great aesthetic to it.
Overall, I’d highly recommend trying this place out if you’re a fan of Poke bowls or Ramen. It is pretty pricey overall, but, personally, I think it’s well worth it everytime.

PROs: Finally Liberty is hosting a variety of restaurants other than pizzas, burgers, & fries! Great location. Plenty of parking. Indoor seats. Not sure if they’ll expand with outdoor seatings when the weather permits it. The soups were great with plenty of fillings. Service is friendly and attentive. Condiment / drink station stocked & organized.
CONs: Soup spoons should be served with food rather than stocked with condiments to avoid cross contamination from hands searching through the area.
Approx. $40 we ordered Create Your Own Ramen with Tofu, a Signature Pork Bowl and Kids Ramen Bowl.
Order from Kiosk (helpful attendants close by), grab a number and pay. Then a robot will serve your food, pretty cool.
