I recently visited Quiznos because it was conveniently located near my home. Upon entering, I noticed the place was clean, although there was a strong smell of smoked bacon. Initially, I didn’t mind the aroma, assuming the staff were preparing an order for another customer.

I ordered a pastrami sandwich, a favorite of mine, along with a drink. However, when I got home and opened the sandwich, I was disappointed to find that it smelled strongly of bacon. While I don’t have anything against bacon, it’s not what I ordered.

I called Quiznos to ask about ingredients in pastrami to make sure there was no bacon. I really tried liking the sandwich but the bacon aroma was too strong so I requested a refund, but unfortunately, the manager was unavailable to verify my complaint, and I didn’t receive a refund.

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions related to bacon, I would advise against visiting this location.

First time trying Quiznos and it was so good! Super yummy, super fresh, and fantastic service. There was a lunch rush and only one guy behind the counter and he handled us all quick and easy, and was super pleasant the whole time. I will absolutely be coming back.

Unfortunately, I found a hair in my tuna sandwich. It was auburn/almost orange… I believe it was from the second girl on the line who was also managing the register. Sidenote: I only got 1 napkin for a large sandwich… And they said they don’t carry salt and pepper when I asked for it on my veggies… How? This interaction was with Araceli according to my receipt!

Customer service second to none. We had a short notice catering order for 100 people. Several other vendors were unable to accommodate. Dave at this store went above and beyond, making calls to Quizno’s corporate and a third party that manages the delivery so that we could make the arrangements and exceed expectations. Outstanding service and high quality meals delivered on time. We have this store a second order the next day and will continue to reach out for future needs.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is my biggest pet peeve. I went to Quiznos 4/27 at 4pm. I walked up to the door and it was locked. The open sign on the window was lit up. I went back to my car to google the hours of operation and the closing time was listed as 7pm. I went back up to the door peeked inside the window and did not spot anyone inside. I then noticed the hours posted on the window which stated they were open until 7. I returned back to my car to find another place to grab food.

I then saw an employee (Lupita) unlock the door from inside the restaurant. I walked back up to the door and walked inside. Lupita did not greet or acknowledge me. I ordered a sandwich and a soup. Lupita started making my sandwich and when she asked me if I would like anything else I asked her if she got the soup (I asked this because I wanted to make sure she heard me order it as I noticed she didn’t start to prepare it). Lupita said something under her mask in which I could not understand. I asked her what she said, she repeated herself however I still couldn’t understand her because her words sounded muffled under her mask. I told her I couldn’t hear her and Lupita rolled her eyes, walked away, and proceeded to prepare my soup.

Lupita scooped the soup into the cup, noticing that some of the soup spilled over the side of the cup, Lupita did not wipe off the mess she created. She placed the cup of soup into the bag along with the sandwich. She did not ask if I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, or any extras on my sandwich.

Lupita checked me out at the cash register, displaying attitude, she did not verbally tell me what my total was but instead stood there and looked at me. I paid for my food and upon walking out of the restaurant Lupita did not give any closure such as a thank you or have a nice day. Lupita provided poor customer service, could not communicate, and gave me an attitude while serving me.

The cheddar broccoli soup was disgusting. It had a sour taste to it.

I spotted the Quiznos Deli on my way to the boat works to pick up a Static Bridgeflyer Navigation Liner for the 300 Marlin and thought to myself …lunch is more important, so a quick u-turn was made and a hot ham and cheese was soon at hand.

I haven’t had Quiznos since college because they removed them from where I live! I had a honey mustard chicken sandwich and ate every bit of it! Hit the spot and tasted of nostalgia from my college days I appreciate you all!

The energy in this location is dead. No seasonings available when requested. Other locations have the seasonings requested for any particular sandwich. The sandwich maker also stopped preparing my sandwich to charge me before she was finish.

I’ve never experienced this type of situation before. We also paid $48 for two subs. I do not recommend this place.
