I cannot say enough great things about this place!! Excellent service, great options, great recommendations, and a clean restuarant! Vanessa, the cashier and sandwich maker, was amazing! I had the veggie sandwich which was savory and so delicious and also had the classic lobster with banana peppers! Cannot wait to come back!

The toasting does make it different, in the way toasted bread tastes somehow better than untoasted; so in your submarine sandwhich eating cycles you will want to add this in. This location was clean with friendly service! They do make them your way also. So hold the “x” as desired.

Won’t be back. Tried to order the pair up which is right next to the steak subs, and was informed they wouldn’t honor it for steak subs. Seems shady to me, will be providing feedback to corporate too.

Food was mediocre but very expensive. $14 for a single twelve inch sub. Tater tots were under done. Ranch and honey mustard tasted like the cheapest possible. But the employees were friendly and provided fast and accurate service, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable.

The place is showing its age but the food was as good as its always been. The young man working alone knew exactly what he was doing. He was fast and very friendly. Between customers he continued to restock and clean. Most his age would just be on their phone. Overall we will definitely be back.

I placed a pick up order at 6:45 requesting it be ready by 7:25, giving them 10 minutes more than their 30 minute standard. I wasn’t able to get there until 7:35, an additional 10 minute reprieve.
When I arrived, my order hadn’t been started or even printed out. They completely ignored me until I asked if they had received my order when one of the staff walked up to ring the register. I was standing next to it in the specified Pick Up location. They served all 5 people first who walked in with me before they started my order at 7:50, an hour and 5 minutes after order placement.
The food was good. But my order was well before any of the walk in customers. They should have honored my placement time or at least worked me into the mix, not made me wait until the end.
