Second bad experience. Just isn’t worth it to come here when there are better options and service at other places. 34 mins standing line this time with only 4 people ahead. My food sat on the food heater belt since the guy working was more interested in helping all the new people in a big bunch instead of the ones that had been waiting. Cold food No urgency. I can recommend some good places but this won’t be one of them. I won’t be coming back.

I have visited other locations but the Rochester location is subpar. Ordered an 8″ black Angus which according to their posted menu is $9.75 but they charged me $10.10 before tax (see receipt). Then they were very stingy on adding toppings i.e. little lettuce; two tomato slices:… I did carryout. When I went to eat it there was at least half the amount of meat which I normally receive from other locations i.e. Wixom,… tasted fine but not fulfilled due to their stinginess. I would not recommend this location on Crooks Rd.

These owners deserve all the accolades. Food is always so so so good and fresh. I always see the same two wonderful people working and they’re so friendly and accommodating. Why the heck don’t they carry the lobster sub or any of the specials other quiznos has. I miss the peper bar too. I wish it was run like other quiznos love the chain not a fan of this location
