a very solid coffee shop, pretty good but not the best, taste-wise. it’s just very decent coffee, but they might need a little help perfecting their flavors. the marshmallow drinks are all way too sweet, and it doesn’t incorporate well into the drinks at all, hot or cold. and the pumpkin spice latte was just a bit plain, just very milky tbh. again, not bad at all, just definitely can be better.

I visited this shop for the first time yesterday. The atmosphere was okay, and the coffee was tasty. Unfortunately, the customer service really disappointed me. The young lady who helped me wasn’t friendly and even gave me a dirty look when placing my coffee on the counter. There was no “here you go” or “thank you” — just an unpleasant glare. Because of the lack of basic customer service skills, I won’t be returning.

The atmosphere was great, staff were friendly and there is plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. The coffee was awesome – very tasty and plenty of options. The breakfast sandwich was probably my favorite part!

I’ve visited this coffee shop several times, and it never disappoints. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every time I ask for a recommendation, they suggest something unique that never fails to impress. The coffee itself is exceptional—rich, perfectly brewed, and clearly crafted with care. This place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Very yummy and so cute inside, the employees are just very short with you and seems like an inconvenience when you order. I went two months ago and thought they were just having a bad day but I went again and it was the same girl being the same way. Kind of mood ruining tbh

The barista was very friendly, and the atmosphere is great, but I am frustrated with how Quixotic displays their gluten free donuts. I have celiacs, and I saw that quixotic offers sift gluten free donuts. However, they have the gluten free donuts in the same bakery case, not wrapped or separated in any way from the regular baked goods, making them unsafe for people with celiacs or for a lot of people with a gluten intolerance, which really just defeats the purpose of having a gluten free option in the first place.
Because of that I didn’t trust mych else in the coffee shop so I just got a plain cold brew, which is incredibly disappointing when I was going there specifically to enjoy a crafted beverage with a gluten free donut.

We had a cinnamon pull-apart, a white lightning, and a seasonal gingerbread latte. The white lightning looked nothing like the advertised pictures and also had no vanilla flavor. The espresso tasted burnt and it was overall an unenjoyable beverage. The gingerbread latte had no recognizable gingerbread flavor but instead tasted like a standard latte with a dash of cinnamon. The espresso tasted far better in this drink but it was still underwhelming. We enjoyed the cinnamon pull-part most out of what we ordered, however, it was still quite dry.
The service was friendly and quick and the atmosphere was lively with excellent decor.
