I have loved this place for months but lately they have fallen short on quality. I ordered a funnel cake via Uber. My funnel was just that. An extra large cake better yet basically scribbled extra large strings of pancake mix. The chocolate drizzle was globs of chocolate and it just didn’t even look worth eating. I will gladly change my review once I see more consistency . Also how does a funnel

The chocolate is ok. The creativity is next level. The guy that assisted me with my first time visit was great. I definitely recommend giving them a try when you are fiending for something sweet.

This is so misleading. I was looking at the old menu on the maps, and when I reached it, their options were so few that I ended up trying a dessert that tasted bad. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Both my kids ordered snow cones tonight. We order very often. So tonight was a bit of a hazard. We found bits of white plastic in our snow cones.
I called to let the store be aware of the situation. But the nonchalant response “oh ok” and “probably just pieces from our buckets”. Nobody wants to hear that. Maybe an apology!! My daughter was gagging off that little piece of bucket. There’s no telling how many she swallowed.
So to parents: These are thin, white particles. Im sure it was shaved with the ice. Be careful. Its hard to see but I showed a piece on my hand. And some in the cup!

We have passed this place many times and never stopped. Today, we decided to stop by and we were amazed. This place is a mini candy store, mixed with sweet fair treats, shaved ice, homemade ice cream, and flavored snow. Our sweet tooth’s were totally satisfied. We got a funnel cake and flavored snow. The flavored snow was not dry. You could actually taste the flavor. There is so much on the menu. We have already decided what we are going to try the next time we visit. They have caramel apples in a variety of flavors, chocolate dipped Oreos, strawberries, and even oatmeal cream pies! The young man behind the counter, Taurus, assisted us greatly and explained any questions that we had. Stop by, this place will not disappoint!

Incredible sweet shop, better than any I’ve had. The snow is magical. I had high expectations but was blown away. The flavors are bold – the fruit punch was just like the Kool Aid. A variety of delicious chocolate candied apples. They even have frozen adult drinks made with the snow. Love it, absolutely recommend.

Went here with my 2 girls and the power flickered on off internet went out so I couldn’t pay with my card. my total was 34 I took an item off total was 24 I only had 22 cash the gentleman working Keith pull out his wallet and put 2 from his own money towards my stuff. I found that to be very kind and not many people like that left in the world. If you see this Keith I’ll be back with the 2$ and a lil something for you. I really appreciate your kindness ❤️ thank you for showing my children there are still kind folks in the world

I must say that for what I found, Quintessential Sweets is quite a hidden gem in Bartlett. Not only do they offer a variety of snow cone flavors to try, they also have candy apples for sale, which I thought was very unique. Their caramel espresso snow with ice cream is especially light, refreshing and not too sweet.
While I would like to see the shop serve more international flavors like matcha, keso, and ube, all in all, I love what Quintessential Sweets has to offer. I can’t wait to go back there one day. 🙂

I couldn’t wait to try this place when I discovered it online. Me and a friend went to this location on April 8, 2023. The first thing you will notice is the many desserts that they have. Me and my friend tried the snow flavor. My friend had watermelon, green apple, and tropical flavor snows, while I have the Skittles, and Jolly Ranchers snow flavors and added soft serve vanilla ice cream. The snows tasted just like Skittles and Jolly Ranchers, and the soft serve ice cream bought the flavor together. I also had white chocolate covered oatmeal cream pie. It was ok, but the snow flavors made my experience here worth it. My friend also had the cookie and creme funnel cake which was also yummy
