Our order was terrible. Burger cooked to death very very tiny and sweet potato fries were covered with brown sugar hard pieces just in a cup with no lud. peach cobbler had NO peaches and very dry. So not happy.

Our family loves this place. Since we moved to the area we’ve been buying our beef here. Since they’ve moved, we’ve been having lunch here. The brisket fries, the turkey sandwich, the unbelievable sweet potato fries, the regular fries cooked in beef tallow, and the brisket quesadilla are all amazing. Mouth watering compared to other places around here. Worth the price and wait every time.

I’m in love with this place. This is truly a business that practices farm-to-table, and you can really tell the difference between their beef and commercial beef. I was SHOCKED by how GOOD it is! The taste is unlike anything I imagined, it’s simply delicious.
The price is reasonable for the value and flavor, but they are no McDonald’s, so be mindful that the price is more akin to Steak ‘n Shake or Red Robin – BUT SO WORTH IT.
Their burgers are downright TO DIE FOR amazing! The pickles are so fresh and crispy, just incredible. I think they make their own, but I’m not sure. How does one become a pickle? I need a vat of their pickles, they are the best!
The brisket is so tender, meaty, and well-seasoned. The fries – and listen, I do not like most fries – we came back for another large batch of them after we devoured the first regular cup full! The seasonings on their fries??? — whoa, so good!!
I’m just trying to figure out what kind of voodoo I need to learn how to do to convenience the owners to move back home with us to Pennsylvania! 10/10 Highly Recommend

Their Flavor the brisket has is like no other!!
I fell in love with the flavor in the brisket’s, it’s delish. In most barbecue places that I go to, I have to add sauce to eat the meat that I’m eating, but not here. Everything I have tried here like sides and cobbler is really good.
THE ONLY COMPLAIN I HAVE IS THE PRICE AND THIS TIME AROUND I RECEIVED TOOOO MUCH FAT IN MY BRISKET AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES. I had to put it on the side to throw out. It wasn’t worth over $25 dollars for the amount of food(see pictures). By the time I tip, it was $28 and change.
MGMT; Please adjust your prices or portions!! I want to keep eating here but not at these prices/portions. I heard this also from another person in town. You have something really good, don’t ruin it. You own your cattle’s, you guys can at least help the community by staying reasonable. You do have other competitors in the community that are trying to get the same business.
Thank you!!

This is a drive thru that has just opened in Chiefland, Fl. You can go in and order or go thru the drive thru and eat at the picnic tables they have outside. They do have a store were you can get fresh beef from their farm just down the road and also local items, butter, honey, etc. I had the brisket and taters you can chose fries, home fries or bake potato with brisket and cheese. Yum. Hubby went with the cheeseburger and chili cheese fries also very good. So give this local eatery a try you won’t regret it. They also run weekend family meal deals.

Food was great (we visited the restaurant). Service was good (polite). The store was extremely clean. However, for a restaurant you had to eat outside at picnic tables. They were open after dark, which meant eating in the dark. There wasn’t any outdoor lighting at the picnic tables, so I had to use my cell phone flashlight, as we didn’t drive until 8 pm. We drove an hour to check out this restaurant assuming they had dining indoor. So I couldn’t just wait till I got home to eat. The picnic area was clean and had trash cans, at least.

We tried Quincy’s burgers and brisket for the first time today, and wow – what an amazing experience! Even though it’s drive – through only, they have a cozy outdoor picnic area with both shaded and open seating, which is perfect for enjoying your meal right there.
We drove a little over an hour to get here and it was absolutely worth it. The staff was super friendly, the portions were generous, and the food quality was a perfect 5/5. The smoke turkey sandwich was incredibly moist and flavorful, literally dripping with goodness on the first flight. The fries cooked and beef towel or next level -crispy and rich and flavor! My mushroom Swiss burger was juicy, perfectly cooked and made with top – notch ingredients, while The Philly brisket sandwich was tender and bursting with flavor.
It’s been a long time since we had food this good! E special shout out to the sweet lady who greeted us as she was leaving from the end of her shift. She was so friendly and genuine. And the fact that they have a butcher shop next door is a huge bonus. Will definitely be back to pick up some meats. highly recommend Quincy’s if you’re looking for quality barbecue and burgers worth the drive!

I should have taken pictures but we were too busy eating! Husband got the brisket sandwich and I got roast beef. Both very generous and juicy served with a nice pickle spear. Hand cut fries were great too! Then I went into to market and bought some ground beef and a “baby brisket “ to take home to
Cook another day. Wow this is excellent florida home grown beef . You won’t be sorry
