Got 2 slices of pizza. The 2nd one already had a bite taken out of it and was an hour past the enjoy by time(didn’t know this existed when I picked my boxes). Even if this was an unfortunate rip, why would it be put on the shelf when it looks like it was bitten?

There were 2 other cashier s available and one of the guys didn’t ask to help the next person until a white person got in line, yet I had been waiting for a good minute. Very small minded . There are exceptions to the rule because there are some polite and friendly people that work here. They need to appreciate everyone’s business not some people!1111

I was waiting patiently in line and the cashier Blaze cashed out the person in line behind me. When I finally got to the counter to pay for my items I informed her that as she could see that I was in line next!! She was very rude and when I told her that I was going to be leaving a review about her she just laughed and walked off!!! She really needs additional training in customer service! She didn’t even offer to get the store manager about my complaint

While I enjoy the customer service and the selection, I can only give four for the atmosphere because there is a group of teenagers who go there every now and again in the late evenings revving loud engines and or peeling out of the paking lot when they leave (usually a minimum of 5 cars in the group) it’s not super often and definitely not the staffs fault, however it can be a bit dangerous sometimes especially since there’s fairly high foot traffic when it’s busy.

I have never had any issues with this store. I go there after the gym for protein shakes. But my husband went in to use the restroom and the QT kitchen guy didn’t wash his hands after using the urinal and then went back to work.. obviously that’s only one guy, but still. I’m definitely not going to be getting any food there after that.

First time I’ve ever been treated rudely at a QT. About 1:30 p.m., we stopped for a drink & crackers. Asked the nice-looking, blonde fella behind the counter about the crackers. His response was if they’re not out, they don’t have them. Understandable & did not expect him to leave his post & look for my crackers. I made the comment that my husband & I were creatures of habit & his shrugged & mumbled a sound like “harrumph.” Won’t keep us from going to QT, but certainly won’t visit this one again.

Surely there is a way of making the servings all the same size!
Haven’t had any problems with other q trios across tulsa area.

today is not the first time i grabbed a croissant breakfast egg and sausage sandwich, and it be a biscuit. please label the correct food, because the croissant is superior in every way. besides that a great qt
