I must admit, I was disappointed from the start. I ordered the chicken hibachi with 2 chicken egg rolls. I was surprised the fried rice was not freshly stir fried but came out of one of those rice cooker pots that normally steamed rice is kept in. It tasted like it was just browned and had no flavor. The veggies and chicken were grilled, and looked better, but still tasted just ok. The egg rolls were gummy and I could not discern what was really inside of them. They do give you a good amount of food for the price. But, a lot of ok food is still simply ok food. I don’t even want to try anything else and definitely won’t be back. I was surprised how many people enjoy this place.

Not a very good first impression. The food is ok. On par with the Japanese fast food places in a mall. If it wasn’t for the pleasant Asian guy in the back, the customer service for a grand opening is inadequate. Especially from the young lady at the register, her attitude and unwillingness to greet patrons is recipe for disaster for a new business. I will not return, but hopefully things will get better for anyone else wiling to try this place out.

Quickway has incredible quick hibachi, great customer service, clean setup, and great pricing. The cabbage and broccoli were delicious as well. I definitely recommend trying the chicken and shrimp hibachi!
