I ordered sushi, 2 green dragon’s to go, I was waiting for about 15 minutes to find out that one of the girls that work there gave my order to another customer she just walked up started handing out orders didn’t know What was going on and just like that she gave my order away so I had to wait again. The lady that made my sushi did an amazing job on hurrying up and making another order for me. It’s delicious. The food is always good. It’s just this one girl that needs to work on her organization skills.

Great meal! Stopped by for lunch and got the chicken hibachi, and that comes with veggies and a choice of rice or noodles, all for $9.25 ($9.86 after tax).

The food was delicious, and it was a great portion! I ordered and ate in. The service was friendly. They made my meal fresh to order, and it came out after just a few minutes! Would highly recommend!

Ordered a few times here without issue. Today was different.

The guy who handed me my food had visibly dirty hands. I hope he’s not touching the food. It was bad enough he touched the outside of my box.

There was a staple in my food. I found out after biting into it and pulled it out of my mouth. I’ve never had a staple in my food before at any restaurant. Disgusting

Quickway is Quickway. This location is pretty quick with getting orders handled. However, it makes sense to not put sauce on to go orders due to the possibility of leakage or spilling. The lady at the end says it’s extra to get the sauce on the side. It’s the same sauce that you would put directly on the food and I’ve never had to pay extra for sauce on the side at other locations. They also look like they still have “covid imposed directional” tape on the floor.

Everytime I have been to this location I am appalled by the service. I placed an order over the phone and the woman who answered was very rude and kept trying to end the call when I was still trying to add to my order, her behavior towards me was jarring and I had a feeling that my order was going to be messed up because she was too rushed and did not repeat my order back to me. Once I arrived, they had mistakenly given my a roll i did not want, and they said that I ordered wrong, however the lady i spoke to on the phone had not said anything when I had ordered. I was forced to pay an additional $7 for a roll I did not want due to her lack of attention and rush to get off of the phone. I will not be returning to this location.

Very bad service at this restaurant located at 6136 F Arlington, since the cashiers are more focused on their cell phones than serving customers. On Wednesday, January 22, I went to buy some meat and when they gave me my order I saw that in my order there was not only meat (Meat), there was also chicken that I did not order chicken and meat but the cashier who was there at that time was with her phone in her hand and for a moment I thought it was my mistake but no, it was a mistake on the part of the cashier who pays more attention to her cell phone than when she took my order and she took it wrong and when I wanted to complain about my order I only wanted meat and she told me that it had been my mistake and I wasn’t going to change it for a long time. I insisted that it was the cashier’s mistake and she told me that I had eaten the chicken. That was disrespectful because she was very rude to me saying that I had eaten the chicken. The people who cook asked her if she could fix it but she said that. They should have cashiers focused on their work, not like this old woman who passes by more focused on her cell phone than on the customers. (one star) (No cashiers like her)

Gross! They didn’t even slice up the sushi, and it was covered in a gross mayo and shredded something. Everything tasted underseasoned, stale and thrown together last minute. The cooking line looked hot, bored and scowled at us, and the place was absolutely filthy; trash, spills, debris everywhere. To add insult to injury, the soda machine died as we were refilling.
