The customer service there isn’t the best but be patient. The food isn’t the best but sometimes I do crave it. It’s basically rice + chicken with beef. I order in person as the reviews speak about ordering isn’t the best experience. I also like to view my food being prepared in front of me in case of any issues arise. I always ask for extra sauce plus the hot sauce is amazing. I also speak up if they skimp on the rice or meats. You’re paying so you deserve the best.

I ordered my food online thru their website and ordered chicken, steak and shrimp. When I opened my order to eat, I was only given chicken and steak but I was charged for the 3 meat combo. When I called the place, they were not helpful and they kept saying to contact Doordash for a refund when I told them multiple times I ordered thru their website and not doordash. I even told them just refund me what I paid and then charge me for the chicken and steak instead but they refused. Be aware ordering online and I will not order from them anymore.

I went there around 1pm or so, it wasn’t busy at all. The place is cozy , located in the corner of the shopping center. It just Japanese style of cooking, its not really Japanese, which is okay because the food is good, They have multiple choice . I chose the salmon bento, it was ready after about 7 minutes and it was very consistent, 4 California rolls , some dumpling, rolls and of course the fried rice and & salmon bento itself! It was good to my surprise. The tea was good too. Would recommend it!

DON’T ORDER ANYTHING WITH BEEF!
This was my first time at a Quickway. I learned the portion size for beef is maybe a 1/4 cup or less. I expressed my concerns about the portion size because I looked at the dish it was about 3/4 rice and 1/4 beef and salmon.
The manager stated that beef was more expensive than chicken. Maybe they should increase the price, so we get a generous portion of beef. In my opinion people don’t want a plate full of rice with a few nibbles of meat (beef).
I asked for a new plate with chicken and salmon. The manager was generous with the chicken and salmon portion afterwards. The portion size for chicken is roughly 1 cup.

Food: was not good, and my son’s sushi (with the Bento box) was gross, tasted like it was days old and probably was not good even on the first day. The egg roll filling also tasted tainted or spoiled. My fried rice and beef was okay, bordering on the low end of that.
Service: the employees were polite and nice. No issues with them at all.
Atmosphere: if you use the bathroom, don’t look up. The fan is completely covered in dust, like completely. The interior looks old and a dirty. I understand stuff ages, but it looks like it’s been quite a while since I seriously thorough cleaning has occurred.
Experience was not what I was expecting and the food was very disappointing. Again the staff were totally fine, but the establishment needs to refresh the interior and take a look at the food preparation, something is definitely off.

Tofu beef Hibachi is good especially when it is just made. But I get some rice leftover, not enough to finish the food. Sushi on the other-hand is not good. Cold and hard with strange after taste.
