This is my 2nd time ordering online. I ordered the salmon hibachi which is supposed to come with 10 pieces of salmon and this is the 2nd time they have not given what I paid for. They gave me 5 pieces… plus paying extra for 7 small shrimp.

Very accommodating. I ordered thru uber eats and mentioned in the notes that my order was for a 2 year old and they took it upon themselves to cut the chicken up in really small pieces. I really appreciated them doing that. Food is always fresh. Never ate inside, ordering only.

I really love Hibachi style food and they do it well here. Simple menu and a friendly staff. I’ve had the bento box at the other Quickway (New Hampshire Ave) and it was good but today, at this location, I got the Shrimp and Chicken Hibachi combo and it was really good! Seems like the portions are bigger at this Quickway. And they had this crazy good Sriracha/Chili sauce (see my photos) and now I have to find this sauce. Perfect Hot/Sweet sauce! I’ll be back!

Enjoyable experience. The ordering process on the website was smooth. The food was prepared on time. The staff was very friendly as well when I picked up my food. The food tasted great and was cooked well. However, I found the vegetable portion to be relatively small compared to the rice and protein portion. I would recommend ordering extra vegetables to compensate. I also found the teriyaki sauce to be quite bland. I would recommend this Quickway location.

I love this restaurant. Quick service and well flavored chicken. Restaurant is clean and food comes out quickly. Fresh and made to order. Plenty of seating for all party sizes. Prices are fair considering portion sizes

I go to a lot of different Quickways and this one is my favorite. I go a lot after the gym, they have good portion sizes. I also feel like their staff are just better at making the food than most other locations.
I only go late at night and but it seems like they don’t get as much business as they should. I hope more people start going here.

now I have to eat with my hands I will stay going to the Japanese hibachi in Laurel and getting my food At least THEY GIVE YOU forks and napkins in the Brown heavy duty paper bag .
Nothing is wrong with their food it’s just Customer satisfaction that’s all

We used to go here often and every time we do we let them know about our shellfish allergy. Each time the lady who works the register is like I know I know we cook everything separate.
I watched them cook the order with shrimp order on the same grill and use the same spatulas. I asked her about it and her response was “ why do you come here”. “ what do you want me to do? I first asked for it to be made correctly, but as I saw her take everything off the plates to just dump back on the griddle I decided it would be safer to just get a refund.

Got takeout from Quickway for the first time. The food looks better than it tastes. Reminds me of mall cafeteria food; greasy, overcooked, and not very tasty. Unlikely to dine here again.

Always a good, fast and easy pick up BUT when I order extra chicken I expect extra chicken. It’s over $3 for it and to not get it every time I order is so frustrating. I always order no rice extra chicken and it’s never extra. Please, this locations and all quickways.. do right by your customers.
