Used apple pay to pay for food, two different cards was charged, worker said it didn’t go thru but the money was took off my card I showed worker proof and he still said it didn’t go thru on his end so I wasn’t able to get my food. Owner called security on me because I demanded my money back or what I ordered. My total was $23 why would they charge me $26 in the first place…

I just saw the guy making the food grab the noddles he was going to cook with his bare hands. The make their own siracha sauce and it taste molded and horrible. When I asked if I can have some of the real sriracha they had on the table they said they only use it for sushi. I got the sushi and was still denied the sriracha.

Dirty, trash covered counter and sticky floors with spills everywhere. Food pre-cooked and sitting on the grill when it’s dead inside. If I had another choice for sushi, I’d be there already.
Customer service is horrid. They seem to just not care about who came in first and will serve orders as they see fit. Ex: I’m 21, but theyve served 25 and I’m still waiting.
Update: they reached order 30 before 21 was served. When I asked for sauce they had the audacity to say “50c each”. No apology, no care.
Seems like their sushi chef struggles to just make a roll.
This place makes me regret even liking sushi to begin with.

I came in to get dinner and Axel greeted me. He was extremely polite and hospitable. His customer service was a breathe of fresh air compared to some of the other establishments in the area. Axel should be an example of how to treat and greet customers. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!

So before I went here I was told that it’s very similar in quality to something you would get at the mall. With those expectations I was pleasantly surprised at it being good. The steak didn’t taste cheap and the chicken wasn’t slimy. The teriyaki sauce they put on top was a good flavor and not too salty. And it is very cheap for the portions. Can’t eat this super often but I’d get it again.

Out of all the Quickway Hibachis ive ate in the area this is the best !! Ive never had a bowl of food where the ratio of meat was higher than the noodles. Tastes so good and the Lady sho runs the place is such s sweetheart. I see how methodically they try to improve the quality each time.

Went to the oxon hill location and my son ordered the chicken teriyaki. He found 2 staples in his food. We went back to get a refund and the manager said it’s impossible. I informed him it is possible because you have receipts stabled to bags now. He refused to give a refund, we didn’t want the food remade and all he kept saying was it’s impossible. I will never support this business again.
