My first time trying this place. I was enjoying my beef bento box when I picked up a California roll and noticed a strand of white HUMAN hair on it!!! I was so traumatized and disgusted! Finding someone’s hair in my food is the worst feeling when buying out.

Very tasty! I highly recommend this place.
I had lunch at Quickway Japanese Hibachi in Fair Oaks Mall — I ordered the beef with white rice and vegetables. Everything was fresh, hot, and filling. It tastes even better when you mix it with the soy sauce and the creamy sauce they give on the side.
I also got a bottle of Pepsi — a perfect combo.
Service was fast, the place was clean, and there’s comfortable seating inside.
I’ll definitely come back again!

June 2022, stopped in, placed order, I could see what I ordered on their cash register device, paid, they gave me receipt and told me that the men cooking in the back will call the number on my receipt. Waited for several minutes and my number was called. Food was good when I got home. Bit the bullet and purchased some extra yum yum sauce for $0.50 each and loved the food when I got home. Giving them 5 stars today for the good food and excellent service.
One year prior I wrote, This food would be much better if they were more generous with the yum yum sauce! I don’t like that the yum yum sauce cost extra money and they only give you a little bit, so for that I cannot give them a 5 star rating. We call and place order 10 minutes prior to arrival, park near food court entrance of Fair Oaks Mall, walk into mall and up to the counter and get our order immediately. They offer a card to punch whenever you purchase from their menu. We were able to use the punched card to get buy one get one free meal or entree.

This a great option for something filling for a great price! We ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi, chicken and salmon hibachi, chicken dumplings, shrimp tempura roll, and 2 extra yummy sauces and paid $32. Quick and polite service! We were starving and ate the sushi and dumplings on the way home but the shrimp tempura roll was my favorite! It was warm and crunchy but I think that’s intended since it’s fried but I loved it especially with the pickled ginger. My food was filling and so good I ate the majority of it without the yummy sauce in the car lol. No regrets stopping here for quick to go dinner!

Went there while on a visit to the mall. Food was delivered quick and fast. The taste was ok for me. Nothing stood out as memorable. Sarku, in my opinion is better, see my review. We ordered the chicken and shrimp bento boxes. You get plenty of food for the money, that I liked. There is hardly any seating there. If you go during lunch, forget it unless you go eatly and snag a table. We ended up sitting in Chik fila.

I decided to check this place out because the Chick-Fil-A next door was closed. I ordered 2 chicken hibachis and I specifically wanted one to have white rice and the other brown rice. They already forgot that as shown in the photo. My personal complaint about this place is the fact that they made the beverage menus very complicated. I asked for Coke Zero and they said they only had Pepsi in bottles. Some other drinks were offered only in cans and some only in diets. That is why I removed two stars. Other than that I think this place is decent.

I ordered ahead and while that got me my food immediately upon asking for it, there isn’t a separate line for picking up orders. Other than this, it is pretty decent for quick habachi. If you have the time, I’d still rather a sit down place, but it’s a very good option.

Yummy! Fresh! Very convenient place for dine-in and to go. Highly recommend for people who like Japanese style Hibachi. Also, they serve sushi here as well.
