I have a high gluten sensitivity and had seen they had glass noodles which are usually gluten free. However, their three noodle menu options were not gluten free due to the sauces they are cooked in… BUT they offered to make me an off menu noodle dish since I was interested in their noodles!!! 10/10 across the board.
It was during a slower time, so I can’t say this is something they will do always — but it made my evening that they would even offer this. ALSO, they were able to walk it over to me at Senza.

We visited from out of town for the first time, and the staff or possibly owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. We ordered shrimp tacos and this restaurant-created glass noodle dish. I was not expecting to be so stunned by the quality and flavor of the food from a food truck we just stumbled upon, but it was all SO GOOD. I wish I lived closer to order here more frequently!

Loved it here. Liked that there was good options for vegetarians. Got the chickpea tacos and spicy szechuan chickpeas with rice and peach juice very good flavor spice level is good. Juice was refreshing perfect meal for after swimming blue hole park. Very good customer service the owner was very nice. Overall good vibe will definitely go back

Where to begin; “The combo fried rice, shrimp tacos, sweet chicken & chorizo tacos were seasoned and portion perfectly. The blueberry lemonade, watermelon & melon ginger drink made with fresh ingredient’s are refreshing. Our server Marcus & food preparer April treated us like long‑time regulars, friendly, offered suggestions on which to try. The entire menu is prepared fresh. May take awhile, but well worth it. I’ve never experienced another place like this—can’t wait to be back!”

Hands down the best tacos I’ve ever had. Try their Jalapeño Lime Tacos with Ginger Peach drink – out of this world. Go with the berry and sweet potato hot sauces. OMG! And if you want to really know what sweet tea should taste like, then this is the place to go to. Don’t forget their loyalty card.

This outdoor setting. The service. The Food!!! Oh my goodness! Such a happy little detour. This place is a whole vibe! I ordered the Padrino garbanzo beans and cheese mint leaves it is amazing. My adult son ordered the shrimp tacos. He said they are out of this world. I definitely will be back. It is a food truck off the road definitely worth the stop.
