don’t let my crappy photo deceive you. we had to eat it before i had a chance to take a pic. this is our second time eating here and let me tell you it does not disappoint. we got a vampire repellent, with bbq and sour cream on the side as recommended by the chef. soo good, cooked to the perfect crisp, each bite had us saying ‘mmm’. the service is impeccable. i can’t remember if it was the same gentleman both times but they were so kind and joyful and helped us out with recommendations! give it a try next time you are in the area!

So glad I finally got to check this place out! Vampire repellant here is so good. Plus a cream made with local ingredients and such a nice, wholesome guy. He said “Thanks for coming by and letting me feed you today”. I will definitely be back to try another quesadilla and I will bring my friends!

You guys, this spot is legit! Get the Nomad Quesadilla, take it down to the river (two blocks away) and indulge. So much steak in here, abundant gooey cheese, and the spicy mango salsa (served on the side, perfect for dipping!) really sets it off. The tortilla was still crispy by the time I got to the last slice. (I was so full I gave that one to my elderly neighbor.)

I’ve caught this food truck at a couple different locations and was floored to find it settling down in Independence. You think “is a quesadilla a whole meal?” Yeah, 100%. I’ve never been let down by their quesadillas. Always crispy and flavorful with really good sauces. I wish these people the best of luck with their awesome truck!

Stumbled upon this place and I’m glad I did! I got the bacon chicken ranch one to go, and didn’t eat it until three hours later. It was by far, the best quesadilla I have ever had. I could taste the chicken, bacon, and cheese, all on separate palettes. Very flavorful. The tortilla itself was flaky and perfect!! I spoke with the owner and he was explaining how all of his ingredients are local sourced and as natural as possible. The cheese, tortillas, etc were very very good, and it makes sense that they are all local small produced ingredients. Thank you for the delicious food, and caring!

Mike and I had the most delicious quesadillas from them! Perfectly cheesy and packed with flavor! Jessica and Jacob are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. Get yourself some great tasting quesadillas!!!
