Quality from this location has gone downhill. We try to order from their app instead of skip and we always seem to have issues. Food usually arrives cold. Portions have been disappointing and chicken is often chewy or undercooked. After several poor experiences, I think we’re moving on to another option. Too bad, they used to be very good.

I visited this burrito place today and had an amazing experience! The food was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly put together honestly one of the best burritos I’ve had in a long time.

Misleading and wrong pricing for combo deals. We made it a combo based on the displayed prices but actual bill was much higher. When asked for, they claimed we have already raised the issue with the company but no one told us about wrong displayed pricing when we placed the order. It gets better and they said we can’t do anything about it and you can complain about us with the company. It’s not the amount but the unapologetic and careless attitude that was really off putting. This was our Go-to place for Mexican being in close proximity but never going again!

This is hands down the worst restaurant location I’ve ever experienced — and I live down the street. I’ve given Quasada more chances than they deserve, but it’s the same issue every single time: they never have rice. At a burrito place. Let that sink in.
Every visit, they claim rice will be ready in 5–10 minutes since their always out but what they really mean is you’ll be waiting around 45+ minutes while they try to cook a tiny batch in a home-sized rice cooker. Today was the last straw — I placed an online order for pickup that said it would be ready in 10–20 minutes. I showed up on time, and ended up waiting 20 minutes longer before I said something
When I brought this up to the manager, she started yelling at me about how hard she was working, and said they run out of rice because their burritos are “too good.” Meanwhile, she was on the phone panicking to her own manager because ten other customers had just walked out — all due to the same issue. So clearly, this is not a one-time thing. It’s a systemic failure.
The staff is underprepared, and it shows. They desperately need proper management, better training, and maybe just a basic understanding that running out of rice at a burrito spot is not acceptable.
If you value your time, money, or sanity — do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.

Ordered 7 items for take out. The order was supposed to be ready by 19:23, however, when I arrived at the restaurant at 19:36 they had just started preparing the order. The food counter attendant did not even apologize for the delay. What was even more disappointing was the food. The tacos and bowls were ice cold and bland! The only item that was warm was the quesadilla in the kids meal. We have ordered take out from this particular location before and not had such a negative experience.

Food is not cooked well and very less in quantity as you can see in below picture. Also I don’t find proper sausages whatever I have added.
