Quesa Loco is a bold and flavor-packed taco experience serving up authentic Mexican street food with a creative twist. Best known for our signature quesabirria tacos—melty, cheesy, and loaded with slow-cooked birria—we have become a go-to spot for taco lovers across Central Florida. But Quesa Loco is not only about tacos. It is about the passion, the hustle, and a love for real, homemade food that brings people together.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for quite a while and I was finally in the area to try it! First, the service was absolutely amazing. I asked the lady taking orders if they have anything gluten free due to an allergy. She wasn’t 100% sure so she got the General Manager Tadeo to help me because he also has a gluten allergy. He was extremely thorough with explaining what was safe for me and even explained what each meat was seasoned with and if it had wheat in it. For reference all the street tacos are gluten free, but some of the meats contain gluten, so just be sure to ask which ones are safe. I really wanted to try the birria but it does not come in street taco form, however, Tadeo made an exception due to my allergy. So I was able to get chicken, steak, and birria street tacos with a tamarind aqua fresca. My mom (no allergy) got the elotes, birria taco, and chicken street taco. All of the food was amazing and tasted super fresh! Tadeo said that he is the GM for all of the locations, but he is mainly at the Apopka location. The chef here is also well versed in gluten allergies. I will definitely be returning!

Excellent service, the staff are really nice and friendly. The food was good, the meat has great taste and freshly cooked. We order the taco box that comes with nachos and guacamole, we loved it. There’s a lot of people coming in an out. The ambience is nice too. Great for a night with friends or a quick night snack.

I randomly popped into Quesa Loco on a Thursday and was pleasantly surprised to see they have different specials almost every day of the week.
Thursday happened to be happy hour for margaritas – and let me just say, they were really good. I loved that they added fresh watermelon chunks, it made it super refreshing.
I’m a big Birria girl, so of course I ordered the Birria platter. I shared it with my partner and we also got a side of Esquite — basically elote in a cute little cup.
That was pretty tasty.
Atmosphere-wise? Definitely a 10/10. The whole location is adorable. We sat outside to enjoy the sun, but inside was also really cute and trendy. I’m happy that the cashier was very patient with us when deciding, and she showed us the wall of photos of everything on the menu, which helped a lot!
My only downside is that the food was a bit pricey for what you get, and most of the Birria options tasted a little bland — except the Tijuana-style with avocado, that one had the best flavor. So next time, I’ll probably just grab a couple of those and a margarita and call it a day.

Tacos are yummy, homemade tortillas that don’t break. Tacos are stuffed with a good amount of meat. Great food and drink options! Florida’s best tacos 🙂 David was great and friendly.

Okay so this place is excellent. I should’ve taken a picture of my food – I ordered the birria quesadilla – but I didn’t. I just started eating, it was automatic. It’s not enough that a place makes good food it also need to be a good value and this place is it. If I lived up here this would be my spot. The cosommé was flavorful and spicy and they loaded the quesadilla with plenty of meat.

The food was good and now it’s not good at all. It’s either burnt, tossed into the box like someone was in a hurry or missing items that should be with the order. I ordered tacos for my wife and I and received burnt charred chorizo in both boxes that smelled like it had degreaser in it and so burnt it crumbled between your fingers. The asada tacos were thrown all over the box and were unseasoned, undercooked and just look straight up anemic. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE FOOD QUALITY. Do better.

Today, I tried Quesa Loco for the very first time! As soon as I saw the restaurant, we pulled over. (Probably the biggest Birria fan in town!) There is such a great variety to choose: from tacos, quesadillas, ramen, elotes, horchata and MUCH, much more! The menu will leave you very impressed and satisfied, for sure. The atmosphere has a nice vibe and everyone is very welcoming. If I could give more stars, I would! Everything is delicious as well as homemade and fresh! RUN dont walk… you can order online or through their app using your reward points too, for your convenience. Thank you for making my day; I will be returning frequently as a loyal customer! 🙂

Ordered the bogo asada street tacos. Received them and everything was not in the tacos at all. The meat tasted old and like it had been reheated. Ordered a horchata and didn’t receive it. The sauce was great. Only flavor in the whole meal. Tortilla were very thick and crumbling. All in all I’m not pleased with my experience. Was lured in by the bogo tacos and ran off by the tacos.
