Very nice nod to the 50th Anniversary of the sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald. Live music was perfect for the occasion. The Toledo Express beer release was great along with the last meal served aboard the Fitz. Staff was very cordial. Nice atmosphere.

Quenched and Tempered is a casual brewery with many choices of craft beers. I absolutely loved the Imperial Porter!! We were treated to a tour of the spacious party room upstairs and the bartenders were so kind and friendly. I will definitely be back!!

Excellent brewery!!! So happy we stopped here. Amazing, huge selection of their beers. They will can anything on tap as well as they have plenty have cans to go. They played spectacular music! Atmosphere was top notch! Love repurposed old buildings. The food was amazing! Get the pretzels & beer cheese, you won’t be disappointed!

We tried out the recently revamped menu tonight, and the entire family enjoyed everything. We usually get at least two orders of the pub pretzels with beer cheese dip . And tried a variety of build your own bowls. Great variety of meat, vegetarian, or gluten-free options. And everything so fresh tasting. The IPAs, local kombucha, and non-alcoholic options are fantastic

We came to Toledo for the 50th anniversary of the Edmund Fitzgerald, and were excited to kick the weekend off at Q&T with their dinner honoring the last meal of the crew and the release of the “Toledo Express”. The chicken paprikash was delicious, the beers were all excellent, and I was thoroughly impressed by how quickly and courteously the staff moved through a line out the door. Thankful that even so late into the event day, they still had the draft and cans to-go available.

Stopped in here for a quick drink while we were in the area. The atmosphere is really neat here. We were served quickly since we pretty much had the place to ourselves for a bit. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable! Had a flight of their beers. To be fair, I wasn’t impressed with the IPA’s or the Bohemian Pilsner, but the Rosé was pretty good! Trying flights is always a gamble because one beer might influence the flavor of the next. Needless to say, I like this place enough to give it another shot next time we are through. Oh, and this place is dog friendly, so bring your pooch!

One of our favorite brewing company in the area. Good variety of beers or my favorite Italian soda.Family owned & operated. Noise level differs, sometimes they have live music & sometimes they don’t. Either way always nice to go in, coversate with friends, other customers or owner. Lastly I like to point out with every visit, the bathroom is always clean & stocked.

Cute brewery in a pretty brick building in downtown Toledo! Beers are tasty, and they have a nice selection of food as well! Flights are only $10! You can also become a member of their mug club for discounted drinks. They also have non alcoholic drinks. There is a gift shop with local products, as well as board games to play. They also host many events downstairs, and have an upstairs that can be rented. I believe they have yoga upstairs occasionally too! Someone came in with their dog, so I think they are dog friendly as well! Love this local gem! Have been several times, and will be back for sure!

Absolutely awesome brewery taproom just outside the main “city” in Toledo. Exquisite beer whether you are there for a visit or grab a 4 pack of 16’s. The cans have some of the most beautiful artwork, kind of sad to throw a can away after it’s empty as they look so good. Cheers!

We visited on weekday late afternoon. The brewery is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The food menu had many options. We tried the flatbread. It was delicious! The food pairings were so yummy! The drink selections had something for everyone. For those of you who “don’t go downtown “ it is safe and you are missing out. Skip the chain restaurants and make the quick trip! It’s easy to find and plenty of parking.
