I’ve been eyeing Queen’s for a while now, but to be honest, I’m not a fan of food truck fare — not because it isn’t good, but simply because I want a place to eat other than a curb, lawn chair or car seat.
Given the winter temperatures settling into Chattanooga, I was prepared to take the meal home, but to my surprise, Queen’s has the end suite in the strip as their indoor dining area. The inside is clean and smells quite nice given that all of the cooking takes place in the food truck parked outside.
I was also under the impression (based on another review) that Queen’s was cash-only however, this is not the case; they DO accept credit card payments.
Greeted by whom I presume is the owner, she and her staff were all incredibly friendly, and ensured customers were well cared for.
The chicken egg rolls lived up to the hype — these are easily among my favorite egg rolls I’ve ever had; I could make a meal out of them (and I may during my next visit)!
My entree was the chicken fried rice. It’s simple, yet subtle complexity. The flavors of chicken and oyster sauce balances nicely. It’s not greasy or sugary like a lot of places here seem to serve up; it’s clean, fresh, and you walk away feeling good.
The salad accompanied the fried rice. It was simple, but what wowed me was how fresh and crisp the ingredients are.
The massive chicken fried rice, side salad, and drink was $13 and will easily yield 2 meals. The chicken egg rolls were an extra bucks but absolutely worth it.
Atmosphere in the dining space is light, fun, and gets the job done.
They also have an extensive offering of smoothies which I’ll need to try next visit.
A few notable mentions, the staff makes guests feel welcomed and appreciated, clearly family-friendly, excellent vegetarian options, clearly listed to let the staff know if you have any food allergies or special needs.

This food is so tasty! The owner is so kind, as well as the rest of the staff.
Keep an eye on their specials! We got to try a beef sandwich that really hit the spot. Egg rolls are made fresh to order too. May have to wait a little bit for the food but it is absolutely worth it.

Best smoothie around! I had a watermelon smoothie and it had great flavor. The chicken egg roll was amazing and the food was super fresh. The staff is very sweet and friendly.

Food is delicious! I had the chicken fried rice and chicken egg rolls. Portions are more than generous. I also had a strawberry pineapple smoothie that was amazing. Definitely worth a visit! The owner is super nice as well! Give them a try!

We had the fried rice combo- rice/egg/onion and chicken, salad and canned cokes. Also had egg rolls, like a spring roll. They have smoothies and other drinks but didn’t have enough cash on hand to try more. They have seating inside store and outside. Very friendly and I’m hoping they do well here.

Love this place! The owner and staff are so sweet and generous, they go above and beyond for their customers. We tried the chicken fried rice and egg rolls. Both were delicious, and the portions were huge. Everything is clean and the ingredients are always fresh. Such kind people. We’ll definitely be back!

Can’t say enough about how great this food is! Yum yum yum! When you get an entree, you also get a side salad, which was a pleasant surprise. I got a drink, main dish, and side salad for $25. The owner Kim is very particular about cleanliness and she cares deeply about her customers’ dining experience. She was even telling me how she uses organic ginger to flavor her chicken because non-organic ingredients don’t get her flavorful results. The only drawback is that I may have just become addicted to Kim’s delicious Vietnamese food!

I walked in and was greeted quickly and it was really easy to order. The guy who took my order said it would be 15-20 minutes before my order was ready so I sat on the to-go waiting bench they have. The owner came in and started talking to me and was incredibly pleasant to talk to. The food was done really quickly, from order time to leaving it only took around 20 minutes total. The food was incredible. Hands down the best egg roll I’ve had in my life. It’s perfectly crunchy and golden brown and the inside filling was AMAZING. We got the shrimp and vegetable ones, and I highly recommend. The price was on point too, they’re huge for what you pay for. Support this business, trust me they’re worth it.

We tried this for the 1st time tonight and really enjoyed it! Definitely a new favorite spot for egg rolls! We had chicken fried rice, shrimp egg rolls, veggie egg rolls, chicken egg rolls, and noodles. It was all very fresh and quickly served. Its nice to have authentic Vietnamese food that doesnt taste like grease! We really enjoyed the friendly staff who explained everything to us as well. Inside seating was clean and family friendly.
