We ordered pizza online for pickup, when we arrived to pickup the pizza they informed us that their online system charged us incorrectly. They demanded we pay $26 additional dollars because the online price was incorrect. I understand that the system errored, and that I should have been more aware of it, but I have ordered pizza probably 25+ times from them this year, and they were unwilling to honor the online price. The worst part is they did not call us and try to tell us that there was an error, but instead waited for my wife to try and pick it up and then hold the pizzas hostage for extra money. Had they called and informed us of the error before we drove over there we would have been willing to rectify the situation.

I’ve only ever ordered from here via DoorDash but just had to leave a review! Not only is our food always amazingly fresh/hot/delicious, all the food items are always thoughtfully and carefully packaged, and I love the generous portions! 10/10. My go to is the pineapple pizza!

Normally we have no problems, but tonight was the worst service ever. We had to wait over a hour for food then when it came half of the food was not in bag. Plus I called and told them and still have not got all food. The food we did get was not up to par either. Three ways spaghetti was hard no cheese and garlic bread was burnt.

Worst place ever I asked for two hoagies one pizza and one mushrooms I ordered no pickles on my mushroom I’m allergic. The first mushroom was dry no sauce I sent it back they made again and put pickles on it I called the guy said well since we can’t satisfy you we can always give you a refund after this beingy third time driving there. The time before today I ordered a pizza and it taste dish soap like the rack they used wasn’t properly cleaned they are just horrible and need to close down immediately

The quality of the food is not up to par anymore. My salad had brown lettuce and the pizza could have been cooked a little longer. We’ve been long time customers and might not anymore after this. We’re excellent tippers … but I’m disappointed.

When I reported all of these mistakes the person who answered had a attitude and told me to wait another hour and half for my food to be remade. I will never order from this place again. Tried it for the first time after reading the reviews and i am very impressed with their food. I ordered the fried chicken wings and cheese fries and it was so good!!! Definitely will try more things there and i like how much variety they have on the menu!
