I’m already a loyal customer because their wings and pizza are consistently delicious, but tonight I tried their mushroom chicken cheesesteak… and wow. Absolutely incredible. The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, loaded with mushrooms, and the cheese was melted just right. Every bite was on point.
What really keeps me coming back, though, is the service. They’re always friendly, professional, and make you feel appreciated as a customer. That kind of consistency is rare these days.
If you haven’t tried their cheesesteaks yet, you are seriously missing out. Queen Pizza has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

I have ordered from them for a about 2 years. I have only continued because they are close to where live. That being said I have experience many times problematic situations. For example the girl sounds like she do not want to be there. She use to be friendly but now seems robotic. Second, I ordered many times the same things and I get different prices even from day to day. It’s ridiculous and always some excuse, example oh wrong menu, a misprint, general mistake, weather etc. Thirdly,I have stopped ordering a hoagies because i received a turkey sandwich with no exaggeration one layer of turkey and thinly sliced. Mpre like a faux turkey hoagie. Fouthly, delivery people often do not speak or understand English but sure can count and speak numbers clearly. It’s frustrating when trying to ask them questions if something is not accounted for. Also, they do not lean on the customers side. I had a order for example $30.61 I gave them $40 cash they did not offer give me my exact change but rather short changed me to make sure he got his 61 cents. So, they rounded it to $31.00 and turned to leave. I was going to give a generous tip but since they assume I didn’t need my money I assume he doesn’t need my tip. In my opinion, I feel it’s just another business coming into my neighborhood who do not respect or value their neighbors and just want to get a quick buck. I no longer will patronize this establishment. Enough is enough. (Wish I had taken a photo of that last hoagie)

Raw salmon in my salad, I wish I had read the reviews before driving from Jersey. They offered to give a credit, but I won’t be returning. I live too far away to deal with this and my money was wasted. After sending photos, I was also advised to add butter to a pan and finish cooking it at home. The place was hot, no AC and the one fan was blowing on the employees. That should’ve been a red flag to begin with. Lesson learned…

Found hair in my cheesteak. When I called to report the matter, I was called a liar by some lady that worked there and the owner refused to provide me with a refund. Even if their policy is “no refunds”, I would’ve been okay, but to call me a liar because I found hair in my food is not acceptable. The lady that worked there even stated no one there has hair, so now I’m left to assume the hair is from an animal. Check your food before you indulge or just stay clear from this place all together.

I ordered a Caesar Salmon Salad extra eggs cheese and dressing on side. The receipt clearly says what I want. I order this salad at least once a week and it always is a different price but always the same salad until today. This has red and brown lettuce at the least but I am highly allergic to Olives and onions which never come on salad. I asked for it to be fixed they suggested I transfer salmon from one salad with allergic food to another salad. How does that make sense? Like I am allergic. They hung up on me with no solutions and said I can bring it in when I already paid for something I cannot consume. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF FOOD OR THEIR CUSTOMERS HEALTH.
