I was anticipating the breakfast but it turned out not the way I hoped. I had one set of grits creamy the other was over cooked my eggs weren’t cooked the way I asked which was over medium and the biscuits weren’t all that great the best thing on my plate was the potatoe keg and bacon

I will only write a review after a few visits and after trying as many items on a menu as I can. My first few lunch visits, when the restaurant was new, were very good. The food was fresh, well presented and ample. However, some later visits were not so good depending on who was in the kitchen. I even bought the Quebedeaux sausage, which is pretty tasty, to cook with at home.
Now, I find the food tends to be inconsistent. The atmosphere is okay, but the music often blares so loudly, quiet conversations are almost impossible. The service can be excellent depending on who is taking and serving the order. Sometimes the cook can be argumentative when a customer complains. I’ve switched to the Pineville location so I can review it.

The service was pleasant, and I didn’t have to wait too long for my food, but I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I think it was fried. Also, it may not have been cooked all the way. The red beans, rice, and sausage I ordered was pretty good.

Cracklins were old, hard, and burnt! They literally had my whole car smelling like bad grease.Once I got to Pineville ,I called and asked to speak to a manager. I explained to manager Jeremy S., the problem, he immediately told me indeed they were not burnt, and the grease wasn’t old, and if I brought them back, he would look at them! Bad customer service, in my opinion.

Didn’t have shrimp due to Walmart. Try their tenders 3pcs, they wasn’t fresh there precooked just nasty bag frozen fried chicken. Rip off on tenders for sure.

Got breakfast i had a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and the breakfast potato kegs. The kegs were burnt. You could tell they had been cooked a while ago. They were old and the biscuit, tasted like chemicals. I’m not sure if there was cleaning supplies on them or what, but it was not.Edible, and it was a waste of ten dollars.

The pork cracklins will do in a pinch. DEFINITELY needs more seasoning. That’s the only thing I’ve tried so far. Will definitely investigate the menu further.
