Terrible experience. The food was awful, the service was rude, and the place was dirty. I came in this morning with my child and was given a dirty spoon for a toddler — absolutely unacceptable. I ordered crab noodle soup, and the crab meat was mushy and broken, even though I specifically asked for real crab meat. The grilled rice crackers were soft and stale, like they had been sitting out overnight — yet they still charged me $5 for that! The fried shrimp was dry and had a weird, unpleasant texture. Nothing was fresh, and the staff showed no care at all. I will never come back.

First time having vietnamese udon and I enjoyed it. Thick broth that reminds me of a tomato broth. The noodles are like thick vermicelli with a little more chew to it. Good portion size. They take credit card.

Ordered togo crabs udon soup, and this is what I got. It’s for $21.80, not worth it.

This restaurant is not an elegant restaurant where you would want to take someone on your first date but, the Vietnamese traditional udon is delicious! The broth is thick, flavorful, and rich in depths. Situated at a corner of a small plaza, the parking can be a pain to find during the weekend and during Tet. If you like the Vietnamese tomato crab noodle (bun rieu) then I recommend you to try it at the restaurant as they only serve this over the weekend! They also serve fresh sugar cane drink as well. This is a cash only restaurant but, there is a BofA and Wells Fargo bank across the street if you need cash!

CASH ONLY! Banh canh cua is a favorite dish of mines whenever it’s cold out and this place hits the spot whenever I do crave it. There aren’t many places I know of that make the broth as great as this. I have only ordered to-go so I can’t comment on the service but I can say it only takes 5 minutes for them to prepare my order.

Bún riêu here was cooked with real crab, not crab from can as lot of Vietnamese restaurant in San José did. That mean taste so good and unique. Awesome!

Small but cozy, and good service. They’re pretty pleasant and polite. Good clear noodle soup which is their specialty. We will come back.
