Came here after driving 14 hours into Rapid City and we were not disappointed! Our server Elijah was attentive and energetic even while handling sections intakes and outside. I enjoyed the pork belly tacos and really appreciated how the beans tasted home-made rather than canned. My husband loved his brisket torta and it literally devoured it in minutes. They were hosting a party on the patio too which seems so fun! What a great place, we can’t wait to return!

Tasty Mexican food with a dedicated gluten free menu (thank you). Not good enough to want to return …
Enchiladas were good, small, not terribly flavorful.
Atmosphere is excellent.

Chips and salsa were great, and elote dip was great as well. I thought the tacos were on the salty side… The waiter was pretty friendly and attentive. Multiple tables were left with food in the outdoor seating area, which caused birds to become an issue.

Stopped here on our family vacation. Party of 11. Tyson was our server and he was excellent! Everyone’s food came out exactly as they ordered and pretty close to the same time. Prompt service when we needed anything. Food was amazing, margaritas were delicious! Highly recommend!

We made this a must stop while at Sturgis before we headed back home to Nashville. Rad was the best! Great service, food was outstanding and the atmosphere was just perfectly authentic.

The restaurant is very nice, with a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to linger. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which is always appreciated. The service was excellent: the lady who served us was very friendly, attentive, and always attentive to our needs. As for the food, although it was well presented and portioned adequately, the flavor wasn’t entirely convincing. It could be improved in that regard to match the rest of the experience, which was very good.

Food looked amazing and was sized very generous. Upon the first bite I was greated with a solid combination of the usual rice and beans that were cooked well, but the brisket in the burrito was dry and flavorless. And for that, I have to knock it down, unfortunately. The restaurant was clean the waiter was absolutely amazing I’d give it a second go maybe just get chicken next time.

We sat on the patio outside and the smell of propane gas was a little bothersome. I asked the waiter to turn off the gas on the not burning chimney’s but it didn’t help. The waiter came back to take our order 3 times within a 15 min period and then after that the rest of the meal it seemed we had to ask someone to get him to come back. I ordered a Tijuana Tornado drink and it was not made properly. The food took a long time to come out once it was ordered but it did taste good. There was a couple mistakes and one plate had to be remade due to allergies and the menu saying guacamole was served as a side and not on top of the food.

This place is so pretty inside including the bathroom. I was a bit concerned after reading a previous review that the service was slow but thankfully we got seated and had a server getting our order and delivered the chips and salsa. All in all, it was a nice restaurant to take a break after a nonstop visit to Mt Rushmore and other spots in the area. The price is also reasonable. The portion was generous – I couldn’t finish my chimichanga even though I wish I could finish everything.

We eat here every time we are in Rapid City, and it is always excellent. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They use a dedicated fryer for the corn chips, so those are truly gluten-free. Their drink specials are tasty, and their portions are generous for both food and drink. Whether you have an intimate party or a family reunion or anything in between, whether you want to sit inside or outside or in a private room, they can and will accommodate you. Give them a try, and you will be hooked too!
