Do not waste your appetite or money here. Send the cook(s) to culinary school ASAP. Food is inedible. Ordered $28.00 garlic shrimp. Dish did not come with tostones as listed on menu. What I received was a plastic container full of oil and burnt garlic and no flavor at all. See pics attached. Went a few doors down to derailed tap house . See how nice their garlic is. Not burnt garlic chunks. The prior owners were better .

By far the best Dominican restaurant in East Stroudsburg, PA. My family from Florida and New York came to visit me and not only we visited the restaurant for dinner but we came back the next morning for breakfast, sooooo amazing from the customer service to the food. The owners were so welcoming and Carolina, the waitress was so friendly and helpful. Definitely a great atmosphere to spend a good time together with your family, friends or anyone.

The food was amazing, the places is beautiful, the service and management was another level! 100% recommend this place! I hope they can convert it to a Spanish bar as we need one in this East Stroudsburg. I am tired of having to driver 1 hour away to be able to have some drinks and hookah!

I drove From NY to Poconos East Stroudsburg and it was all worth it. I have to say, that the restaurants decor is very tasty like the food. It was very welcoming and seated quickly. For starters we had a mixed platter that looked small but enough for 7 people and I have to say that the platter itself convinced me that the Entree was going to be. We had the mofongo with chicharon perfectly done with a perfect garlic sauce to go with. The chicken stew had the criolla taste from el patio (The Yard). Will post pics, oh before I forget celebrated my Nephew birthday and the tres leche for his cake made this night perfect.

We went to celebrate a dear friends birthday. We all had a wonderful meal. Everything was made to order and very fresh. I had baked chicken that melted in my mouth. All the dinners were excellent!

I had the chance to try ¿Que Lo Que? Sabor Dominicano and this place is a gem. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is vibrant and welcoming. The decor is fun and colorful, with thoughtful touches like hand-painted pots and Dominican cultural details that give the space real personality.
The staff is excellent, welcoming and professional. The staff greets you like family. Not just polite, but genuinely warm, with the kind of welcome that makes you feel like you’ve been coming here for years.
The food? Outstanding. I tried the oxtail stew and it was fall-off-the-bone tender, richly seasoned, and full of flavor like grandma’s. It was beautifully plated, topped with fresh julienned veggies and herbs for a great balance. The mofongo was another standout perfectly mashed plantains with crispy chicharrón and a garlic sauce that tied everything together.
The presentation was clearly done with care, but nothing felt pretentious just good, hearty Dominican food made right. Traditionally authentic and excellent!!!!

Food was amazing! I got the mofongo and my wife had the Beef Strips plate with a “morir soñando”drink. The mofongo was tasty and juicy. My wife said the beef strips were amazing and flavorful and the drink was really good & creamy. Atmosphere & service was great. And most importantly very reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back.
