I seriously love this place! After spending 3 crummy days in Charlotte because of Pop Warner Cheer Nationals, I was hating the restaurants in this town. Buffalo Wild Wings was seriously understaffed and the food was cold. Amelie Bakery was better, but had no food for little cheerleaders.
Enter Que Fresa. It’s the best restaurant in town, for adults and children. The service- fast and efficient. The staff was super friendly and competent. The bartender made an amazing Paloma with taijin and salt on the rim. I cannot get over how delicious the tacos were. I ordered 1 chicken tinga taco and then ordered 2 more. It was so so good. My daughter had a cheese quesadilla that was also delicious.
If I came back to Charlotte again, I would only eat at this restaurant.

Loved the Food ! Good Service !
We tried following :-
1. Burrito Fresa (with veggie) – 4/5 ( good taste)
2. Mango Drink – 5/5 (awesome, must try drink)
They have very funky interiors.

Ridiculous tacos. Drinks were super good as well. Chip trio had amazing salsa, queso, and guac. Will most certainly be back probably later today! Staff very friendly.

I really enjoyed having lunch here! The place is very well kept, clean, and perfectly themed as a Mexican taqueria. There’s plenty of seating available, and the atmosphere feels authentic and welcoming.
Prices are very reasonable (around $13 per person with a soft drink), and the portions are more than adequate.
Definitely a spot worth visiting!

Out of this world! These street tacos, barria, and chicken tingsas are a flavor explosion — fresh, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with authentic goodness. The tortillas are warm and soft, the pita tortilla is something to write home about, the fillings juicy and packed with flavor, and every bite makes you want just one more! Hands down the best tacos I’ve had in years and I travel for work trying tacos in every city! Service by Natalie was warm welcoming fast and simply the best!! From offering tons of suggestions and a great atmosphere! Don’t miss out on the drinks, especially the frozen margaritas pictured here! Different specials offered daily! If I’m lucky enough to get back to Charlotte, it’ll definitely be my first stop!! Must try!

Pretty good place as far as Mexican on the East Coast goes. Birria tacos are good, but the consome has too much cinnamon flavor. Cool if that’s your thing but it can be a bit overpowering. The fish taco looks so much better than it tastes, the honey mustard type sauce is way overpowering and takes away from what a fish taco should be. Churro bites are awesome. Good atmosphere inside the restaurant the bar area looks nice, haven’t tried the drinks so can’t speak to that.

I stopped by Que Fresca Taqueria Bar around 2 PM on a Wednesday and had such a great experience! There were only a few people dining in, so I was able to order quickly. I already knew what I wanted — the chicken burrito lunch special — and the team member who helped me was super friendly and welcoming.
The space itself is adorable — clean, girly, and full of fun pink vibes that make it feel both modern and cozy. There’s a nice mix of high-top tables, low seating, and a bar area that gives it a great flow and upbeat ambiance.
I also treated myself to a strawberry margarita (because, why not?) — and was pleasantly surprised to find out tequila is half off on Wednesdays! My food came out in literally 4 minutes, and the burrito was massive — definitely enough to save half for later.
Overall, such a cute spot with great service, fast food, and a relaxing atmosphere. 10/10 — I’ll definitely be back!

Found this place on coincidence and drove an hour to come back. It has easily become my favorite restaurant in charlotte. You’re immediately greeted by Shamir who provides excellent service. The food is amazing and the preppy tacos are my favorite. If you’re ever in charlotte make sure to come here first.

Came in for a quick bite to eat before A comedy show that I was catching here in Charlotte this food is astronomically delicious!! I got a strawberry margarita and three tacos. The drink was strong and delicious!! The food! I can’t say enough about it. It was really good and the service was great. Would definitely recommend.!!

The food was really tasty. I personally recommend the birria and tacos. The atmosphere is very fun and the service is quick. You can order food from the counter and drinks at the bar. They have an amazing margarita soft serve flight that you must absolutely try. My girlfriend loved the swirl flavor. I think you can get some really tasty food here
