Absolutely delicious food! Customer service was “okay”- but in their defense they were extremely busy. Took at least 30+ minutes to get bread and oil. Took a long time for dinner and our final rounds of drinks. Honestly- they were SO busy! Everywhere is short staffed and when we had service- our waitress was on point! I will definitely try them again! Food was DELICIOUS, however I wish service was a bit better and faster! 5 stars if so! Food was 100% 5 stars!

We stopped in for dinner. It was a really good experience. We were seated right away and the waitress came by soon after. The waitress was friendly and attentive and didn’t try to rush us etc. There’s a full bar and plenty of choices for food. It’s a good atmosphere and there’s quite a bit of seating. Our food was good and well prepared. The restaurant is in a good location as it’s right by the town green. Parking is almost never a problem there.

Absolutely fantastic! The restaurant is located in a historic building and the dining room exudes lots of ambience and character. The service is 100% on point. Water and bread were brought to the table upon us being seated and refilled without asking. The staff really hustled on a busy Friday night and excelled at customer service. The food was terrific. The portions were large and the entrees were plated beautifully. This was my first time eating at Quattro’s and I will definitely be back!

The food was delicious except the desert. The cream bulee was not good at all. The service was fine. The temperature was extremely hot. We were sitting in the back. It was so hot that it made it for a very uncomfortable dinner. We asked the server, who agreed that it was so warm in there, to turn up the AC but we saw no difference. Other than that the food was excellent

Very poor service and not upfront about the fact that they were down one chef. Hope that person and his family are ok. Keeping them in my prayers. Had a reservation for 630 and didn’t get our dinner for two hours. Set clear expectations and deliver good food. Very disappointing and expensive. Won’t be back.

Great food, great atmosphere, but service is a dice roll. Went here on Saturday June 24th 2023 at about 4:00, and initially I thought the hostess was a disgruntled employee or an unhappy customer as she approached us and avoided eye contact; deadpan expression and slightly annoyed attitude as she seated us as if it was a pain in her neck. Then our waitress had similar depression inducing behaviours and then quite slow. Owner needs to provide some training IMO. There are some good waiters here though, but we’ve had about a 50/50 chance of getting a good one in the roughly 10 times we’ve been here.
