Not sure about these negative reviews. We order from Quans Mansfield regularly and have nothing but positive things. Food is delicious and never disappointing. Service is also quick, courteous, and friendly. And price is reasonable. And we are a big Chinese food family. Quan’s is in my top 3 without question!

I gave Quan’s another chance the other day after many years of not ordering. My disappointment continues. Tasteless bland food and over priced. Of note, the fried rice tasted like regular boiled rice in soy sauce. the odd thing is, I did not see any kitchen help doing any cooking, yet my food came out. Who and where was it made?? Back to travelling 2 towns away for Chinese food.

I order from the Mansfield location often. This last order was a little disappointing. I ordered $150 worth of food.. why do you only give us one pint that is not even a full pint of duck sauce! Not enough for my appetizers.

Most of our $45 order went in the trash. It’s not very tasty.
The crab Rangoon tasted like bad crab. I only bit into two, spit out, and in the trash they went…
The General Tso chicken wasn’t spicy at all, and the chicken was tough (overcooked, maybe?). The two tiny pieces of broccoli were also tough (undercooked, maybe?).
The duck sauce has a strong metallic taste, making it very unappealing.
My friend was disappointed with her food, too. She didn’t eat much and didn’t want to save the leftovers.
I didn’t want to try hers, as I had enough disappointment with my food.
The spongy fortune cookie I had to tear apart–it was like leather. It didn’t “snap” open.
I regret not taking a video to post, because I had never seen that before!
The white rice and the service were great. But you can get those two things almost anywhere.

Ordered delivery and waited 2 hours for the food, it arrived cold and flavorless. Called the restaurant and complained the lady on the phone offered me a $10 off towards my next purchase. Also while giving me an attitude. I just wanted a partial refund. So I ended up sending the food back. Upon heading back to the resturant, because I wanted a receipt of my refund she tried to not refund my whole my $40 order. And couldn’t explain to me why

I didn’t like this food at all.. The rice was bland and had very little meat or vegetables. The broccoli was OK, if you could get the heavy brown gravy off it. The beef had little flavor, except for the brown gravy it sat in. There was plenty of food, and the price was high. My food went in the trash along with my husband’s food. No atmosphere and only a few tables. This place is mostly for takeaway.
