They even have bún bò Huế, which is my absolute favorite and surprisingly hard to find done well around here. The only other place I like that serves it only has it on weekends, so this was a huge win.
We also ordered the spring rolls, which were super fresh, and the egg rolls—no complaints there at all. The kids’ pho noodles tasted fresh, and the broth was great even before adding the magic hoisin or sriracha. It came out nice and HOT like it should, with plenty of meat that was tender and flavorful.
Overall, it was a great first visit. This might be our new go-to whenever wife and the kids or I are craving Vietnamese. Parking is plentiful, the space is huge, they also have a solid drink bar for your ube, matcha, or sweet-tooth cravings, plus great service.
The hype is real—we’ll definitely be back.
The food!!! Omg it’s wonderful. We tried the House special chicken wings, signature back rib pho & golden egg, combo beef pho. Broth was delicious and full of flavor. The wings were excellent! Crispy, sweet and salty! A must try spot for foodies! Portions are large, bring your appetite. Try a tea or coffee.
The passion fruit green tea and passion fruit guava are delicious.
The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, which honestly was the biggest highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the food and execution didn’t live up to expectations. About half the menu was unavailable, which is hard to understand, especially on a weekend at 6pm. Not having bún bò Huế at that time feels like a major miss.
The egg rolls came out cold and were mostly taro with very little meat, which made them feel more filler than flavor. The pho broth was extremely bland, to the point where I had to drown it in sriracha just to get any depth of flavor.
The one standout item was the ube coconut cloud. It was genuinely delicious, but at $8 it felt overpriced, especially since the cup was mostly ice.
With so many strong Vietnamese options in the Seattle metro area, it’s hard not to compare. Between the menu shortages and inconsistent food quality, I’m not sure how long this place can last as-is. They really need to get their act together if they want to survive in such a competitive food scene.

I’ve been here before when it was Hunan Palace, and they’ve fixed the place up nicely. It’s giving a mix of comfort and aesthetics there.
The pricing is VERY fair for the food portions. You can easily share your food between 2-3 people. Everything is seasoned very well so we didn’t even have to add extra condiments to the food.
I personally am picky with my Vietnamese food since my mom is an amazing cook, and it’s the first time I can confidently say that the food is as good as her cooking.
The drinks were also super delicious, I’d definitely come back just for the drinks if I’m ever passing by again.
I haven’t been able to get something as simple as a fresh coconut drink with ube foam (their coconut ube cloud) anywhere in Everett/Lynwood. I usually had to drive down to Renton for this drink and now it’s WAY closer.
My family and I are definitely recommend this place again!
