Visit this restaurant when we are in town. It is located at location where looks like most of the stores in the complex have closed down. This is my first time visit. The inside is like regular Vietnamese restaurant. Menu less compare to other Vietnamese restaurant I visited before and they don’t have pho noddle soup.
I heard the House Special 2 Person Dyi Spring Rolls is yummy so we order this, Hủ Tiếu Đặc Biệt and Gỏi Tôm Thịt (spicy lime flavored shrimp & steamed pork belly salad). The service is pretty quick and order was ready quickly. The highlight was the House Special 2 Person Dyi Spring Rolls. it is unique where you wrap it yourself. It is yummy but the for the sauce , there is other place with the better dipping sauce. The Hủ Tiếu Đặc Biệt (noddle soup) is ok. The Gỏi Tôm Thịt is ok. Portion is generous and price is reasonable.

Excellent authentic Vietnamese food! The house special is a must-try – you make your own spring rolls with 8 rice papers, fresh veggies, vermicelli, crispy wrap, and ground pork skewers. So much fun and absolutely delicious (10/10!).

The grilled marinated pork over rice was tasty, though the rice was quite hard and dry for my preference. (6/10)

Heads up about parking – use the lots around the corner but don’t leave valuables in your car (restaurant posts helpful warning signs).

So delicious!! I always order the nem Nuong cuon and it never disappoints! Ordered a party tray this time, and ended up cutting them in half so it doesn’t go to waste in case kids eat it. Everyone at the 49ers watch party enjoyed it and asked where I got these from. So so good.

An authentic vietnamese cuisine in Sacramento. Have came here many times. I always go for the house special diy rolls set. It comes with 5-6 rice paper in a water standing trays, 2 boats one for sort of meat, rice noodle; one for mixed of green salad, pickles and cucumbers.

If you have never tried Vietnamese food before you may find it hard to know which one put first and how to roll. But worth a try. My friend really like it. After couple tries, they do it so well and enjoy their own style rolls. The special dipping sauce is good and their real spicy chilly. Be careful to add just a little bit every time. The servers usually warn customers about their spicy chilli. Ycan ask for extra sauce to mix in if accidentally make it too spicy but they may charge you extra if you not take their warning seriously.

Their durain or jackfruit smothie’s really good. A must try.
Restaurant’s always crowded. Very simple restaurant without much interior decor. Food’s good is most important!!!!.

But sorry i have to take out 2 stars for the cleanliness and safety.

Somehow i feel that much take extra care about hygiene. Restroom so mess up. Understand they always busy but the trash bin’s over full spilled out on floor. Toilet brush’s kept in old water jug right in front of eyesight when you sit on toilet bowl.

The second matter: be careful for parking. Even right outside of restaurant, not so safety area. No cameras and no light outside. I don’t know if owner must have some solution for improving more security especially in the evening.

3 stars overall for everything . Food’s recommended but be cautious for coming to this area in the night time. This’s also reason why i come here not so often

Good food, simple decor, quick and efficient service. Overall, our go-to place for Viet food, husband is Vietnamese and says it good, second only to San Jose restaurants.

Come here for the 3 color dessert drink, spring rolls, and pretty much mm anything. Our favoritebis the vermicelli noodle with grilled pork.

You can thank me later after going here.

Knocked a star off the service because the service might be too efficient.

A busy place when we were there for lunch. We had to wait for about 10 minutes. Food came out fairly quick considering the number of customers in the restaurant.

Food was ok. We order nem nuong and rolled ourselves. Every looks fresh and tasty. However, the dipping sauce was subpar. It’s so thick that doesn’t feel like a sauce but a paste.

The rice plate was full but the rice was kind of hard. The thit nuong was ok.

Considering the high reviews, this place was slightly disappointing. Maybe we were spoiled by the good food in San Jose.

The food was good, but I have to take off a few stars for cleanliness. I noticed the server who attended to us walking into the bathroom with gloves on and coming out still wearing gloves. I’m not sure if they were the same gloves, but it raised some concerns about hygiene.

I love the fresh rolls, especially grilled pork, it was good. If you like eating vegetables, try this place out. Portion is good and prices are right.

Edit May 2025;
Came back after 6 years and the food is still good. I liked the nem nuong, shrimp rolls and noodles. The rolls were fresh and shrimp was really nice and juicy.

We ordered the make your own spring roll combo #1 to go. The food was really good. You get enough to make 8 spring rolls. I really like the pepper with the sauce. Tasted awesome. The parking lot sucks right now. There’s construction and barely any parking so keep that in mind if you plan to dine in.

The house special make your own spring rolls are very delicious and innovative, great for a group of people. The raw veggies are very fresh. The rice noodles (I ordered clear noodles) are just so-so. The quail eggs are a bit sour.
