This place is excellent. I love the spring rolls and the shrimp and pork plate. Fast service, and restaurant was clean. Not too crowded either. The only issue is finding parking but this isn’t the restaurant’s fault. Highly recommended!

This is next to Haven City Plaza in West Covina. I usually come here for their nem nuong. 4 rolls with only $11 is a real steal that can skip me cooking for dinner. The parking is pretty packed on weekend though, mainly because of the Plaza in the same building.

I just moved to West Covina and didn’t think I could find pho this amazing near me. My boyfriend and I have been going here for 3 consecutive weeks and we can’t stop thinking about it!! We always get the pho filet mignon with fresh noodles (worth it!!!) and sometimes go all out and get pork spring rolls or other side dishes. Their broth is consistently so flavorful and their dessert is good too. Gah I can’t wait to go back!!!

A hidden gem in Haven City Plaza, Quan Nem Ninh Hoa nestled in West Covina. It stands as a true authentic Vietnamese culinary haven. As you cross the threshold a warm and inviting atmosphere envelops you setting the stage for an excellent dining. The food menu was vast as well as its drinks.
I had a Banh Hoi Ga Nuong (vermicelli x chicken) and fresh young coconut juice. Food and drink were excellent. It was my first time here and it’s already living up to my expectation. Staff are fantastic and professional. Food portion is good. Prices are very reasonable and match the quality. Service is spot on. This restaurant is clean, organized and affordable. Perfect for a quick supper. Plenty of parking spot bec it’s in a large plaza.
Overall, I had a scrumptious supper. And enjoyed dining here. I highly recommend you visit.

Happened to be next door and saw these guys. Went in, no line, no dine in. Place was clean and organized. Got the beef and shrimp Phở. Portion size was good. Ingredients were fresh and all came together quite well. Pricing is about average 10-12 a serving. They offer carry out and phone in ordering. They are located right hand side all the way in the back corner.

Online menu isn’t reflecting the prices they are currently charging. It was $19 for a “large” Bowl of rare steak pho and Thai tea. The food and to-go packaging was good. Service was subpar. Employees seems like I was bothering them by picking up my order. Tipped the cashier but received no communication or acknowledgement.

Ordered the Pho with rare steak and brisket and Bo Hue Bun via delivery app. Both were packed well and broth for the Pho was delicious. A little too much onion for my GF’s taste, but that’s a personal. Maybe pack that on the side? Broth for the Bo Hue Bun was good but not as good as the Pho broth. Could have used a little more spice. They provide chili oil on the side, but I could have used some more. Both had plenty of meat, which was a surprise since some places skimp on the amount of meat or is sliced so thin, really can’t taste it. Not the case here. All in all, we enjoyed our meal and will know how to customize for next delivery order. In store experience is likely different since condiments can be adjusted easier.

Second times the charm. Ordered again, but made sure to order one without onions and went with just pho (oxtail and chicken) this time. Really really tasty. Oxtails were tender and delish. So much meat in the pho ga. Packed really really well for delivery and all the condiments and more. Nice find and will order again.
