The last few times we’ve been here we’ve had great service. Usually in and out rather quick! No long wait for a table or our food. Love the boom boom shrimp. I also had their pork tacos and they were small but really tasty and surprisingly filling! The loaded Mac and cheese is good! And the honey bbq sauce they put on the ribs was really good! Wasn’t crazy about the steak.

I’ll start with my conclusion: The food was ok, but I’ll probably never go there again. If you only want some drinks and watch the game, the outer bar has a nice setup for that.
This place had regulars that all seemed to know each other and the bartender. When you walk in you are greeted by a weird smell that I believe is due to the carpet that covers the main dining area. I sat at the outside part of the bar that didn’t have carpet on the floor, so it smelled a little better. Happy hour is 2 for 1 drafts. All of the people were very friendly and the food on the menu looked tasty.
That being said, I wasn’t very impressed with the flavors I got on the boneless wings (parmesan and garlic). The lady next to me had been raving about how great the burgers were, but when gets came out, it was still rd in the middle. She sent it back and when it returns, it was slightly less pink. She still want that happy with it, but are it anyway.

Wow! We were there for the first time. 20 minute wait even though there were lots of tables open. We ordered. 20 minutes later the waitress came to let us know that they were out of pulled pork and my husband would have to select something else. When we asked for the manager we were told that he did not take complaints. He would just say that the customer is being picky. A horrible first experience. Needless to say we left and ate elsewhere. I can say with confidence that we will not return and will discourage other as well.

Went in with our children and grandchildren Wednesday evening and ordered drinks appetizers and meals all at once. 17 minutes later our waiter Trevor came back with 1 kids drink and 1 sweet tea and no straws. Assuming he was going for our other drinks and our appetizers we waited patiently. After another 11 minutes we decided to leave and as we walked out we noticed our salads in the window ready to go and our drinks sitting at the bar as our waiter was in deep conversation with another waiter. Awesome food, always 5 stars at any other location we’ve ate. Unfortunately we aren’t even able to recommend drinks here…. We never got them. Gonzales la had the worst service, or should I say lack of service, I’ve ever seen. Very unfortunate as we are pipeliners and eat out every meal and was looking forward to eating at our favorite place to go. I would not recommend.

The server was really nice. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The food is horrible. I’m not the one to complain. We live in Louisiana and if you can’t serve fresh shrimp don’t put on the menu. Food came out cold, I sent the baked potato back because it was cold it was exchanged for cold macaroni. I don’t know if they saw the disgust on my face because 20% was taken off my bill. I should have known when I walked in and didn’t smell food I should have turned around. First impressions are lasting. This was bad.

It looks like a normal strip mall restaurant as far as set-up and decor goes, but everything here is frozen so if you’re looking for something worth your money, go elsewhere!
Walking in, you have to approach the hostess and speak to her before she unenthusiastically brings you to a table. The dining room is dirty at any time if the day, and the server we had today (6.21.21 at 4pm) didn’t know anything about the menu except that everything is served with an attitude from him and our appetizer comes with no plates!
The food is half frozen still and oddly slimey to top it off.
I came because I had a great experience in Pennsylvania a few years back. I’ll never be back for sure.

I heard the food was great but at times the service was sub par.. I should have listened. Our wings were over cooked and over sauced. My friend said her burger was good. The hostesses barely smiled when we walked in the door. I can’t even tell you the servers name because she made no effort to create an impression. When closing out she didn’t bring me back all of my change. When I asked a manager to rectify this situation he proceeded to tell her then disappear instead of ensuring my satisfaction. Rather he sends her back to the table when it should have been him clearing up the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone for anything. Horrible experience.

It was decent but could of been better. It took a long time to get our food. They seemed short on staff, but our waitress still did an amazing job. Prices were good for some but kinda high(for wings) for others.

TERRIBLE! We ordered an appetizer that literally came to our table less than 45 seconds after we ordered it and it was nearly cold. This was delivered by who I think was a manager and insisted they were what we ordered. I believe it was from another table that did not get their order. .. then after waiting for nearly an hour we noticed no other tables were receiving their food. We decided to leave since we had not received our meal. We offered to pay the hostess for a “coke” and the cold FF appetizer and she rudely responded “we don’t carry coke”. It took us nearly pleading to pay for the food and beverage we consumed in order to leave. Manager comped the cold appetizer (that was meant for another table). Thanks but for a restaurant to be 25% full.. no reason to be that slow.
