Good food but extremely slow service, sat down here 45 mins before our flight boarding & by the time we even got our appetizer we had to just take everything to go & eat on the plane.

While at the gate across from Quaker Steak & Lube with four hours to spare, I decided to try their wings. Preferring wings that wouldn’t be too messy, I asked Carla for dry rub suggestions. She suggested the Dusted Chipotle BBQ wings. They were delicious and cooked with the right amount of crunch…a bit pricey, the service was good and the location was perfect (Concourse B). This was a great dining option while awaiting departure. The to go container was cleaned …no pics available.

Very very rude staff. Went for wings to take home to my daughter after my flight. We don’t have Quaker unless one of us is flying since there isn’t one near where we live. What was supposed to be a nice surprise for my daughter turned into being treated with disregard. The bartender immediately frowned at me upon walking up then processed to walk away as I was giving her the order even though she asked how she could help me. I ended up just walking away after several attempts to place an order and her refusing to even look at me.

Rude slow servers. Filthy tables – Server never came to our table. Sat there for 20 minutes then left.

This is the Cleveland airport location, and as such, it’s really expensive. However, I ordered wings (like you’re supposed to), asked for well done, and they ended up being some of the best wings I’ve had in recent memory. Perfectly crispy with tender meat inside. Good sauce coverage, but not swimming in it. Service was good but unremarkable. Same goes for the atmosphere. But again, you’re in an airport. Best not to get your expectations too high.

The breaded boneless wings were just what I was looking for! Walked in, seated myself and got a water within 2 minutes. Food shortly thereafter. Would recommend!

Arrived early to the airport so I had time to eat breakfast. I had the Western Omelette which was served with potatoes and toast. Very good. I also had a cup of coffee that was freshly brewed. Nice! With tip, I spent $18.

I always like stopping here when my flights are out of the B concourse. The staff is always friendly and the food is decent for an affordable price. My only complaint would be if they had a few more people to help during the busy times.
