Stopped here heading back to GA with the family. The food was delicious; especially the beer cheese. My only complaint was the strawberry lemonade. It was nasty and tasteless, no matter how many times it was remade. Our sever was amazing though.

This restaurant is the epitome of “going downhill.” The food was great when it started out several years ago, However, upon reaching early 2014 the slide started.
Firstly, the food quality began going down. Less ideal wings and cuts of meats made their way into the menu. Second, the sauces on the wings they are famous for changed for no reason, indicating that they went with cheaper ingredients in order to fill their large demand.
Second, roughly two thirds of the wait staff is now rude or ignores you when you order. I find it quite displeasing when you order something, only for the waitstaff to not have even written it down right.
Third, I show up today on 7pm on Sunday, 4 hours before closing time, and they are already closed due to “lack of inventory.” Not only did they not ask my friend and I if we wanted drinks or dinner, they are apparently out of everything on the menu. Extremely disappointing and rude.

We had a party of 5 and was dining here before the CAVS game. The food was great . The service great. I thought the food was fairly priced but when we got our bill I noticed we were charged $25 for 5 small drinks!!!!! I recommend next time you make all of you patrons aware of this before ordering. It was a shock. Other than that it was a good experience.

It’s honestly one of the most disappointing places that I have eaten at. Being continuously told over and over again that your food would be ready becomes tiring after a short time. The chicken wings were abysmal when compared to many other areas (especially bars); they overcooked the wings and put very little sauce on them, so for the most part, you were just eating bland chicken wings.
When we decided to order dessert, it took even longer. We were told that it was coming, then 10 minutes later, we were told it again, and then 10 minutes later, rinse and repeat, only at the last moment for the waiter to tell us that there is no more ice cream left. I wanted to give this place, at least, 2 stars, but I really hated it, and while I can appreciate the waiter being attentive with us, it isn’t a place that I will eat at again.

Was good. Fun atmosphere. Great drinks and drink prices….food is average. Would def go back but not on my top 10 list. Kinda cheesy how they serve chicken wings in egg carton containers. And portions weren’t that impressive. But I do crave the drink I had! Delicious!!

Never going back there again. Waited much too long for our food to be delivered, only to have the manager come over and apologize to us as he was just told that there was a delay with our food. Nice to know because no one told us, as a matter of fact the over-worked waitress never said anything the few times she came by our table. Sadly, we waited almost as long for the check as we did for our food. Second time we’ve been, and both times the eat-in experience has been terrible. Sorry, chain restaurant, but I’m going to support small, local restaurants in the future.

Nice clean facility with friendly and patient staff. All of our food came exactly as ordered even with some picky eaters. There was plenty to keep the little ones busy with all of the decorations and sports on TV, and lots of room at the table. Great place!

Hard Dried out wings! This is the 2nd time I’ve tried them with similar results very disappointing! I ate the ones that were not so hard and tried to get the hardest ones replaced but the girl at the window was rude and I accommodating

This place is always a fun time! Love the staff and all the great specialty drinks. Their All You Can Eat Wing night is great- make sure to go hungry to get your money’s worth! 🙂
